The place was crazy busy with pizza makers turning out square and round pizzas and another team making cheesesteaks a dozen at a time. After killing time, I watched them work and realized the square pizzas are the way to go when it comes to speed. I then grabbed a table in the back. Mistake. The upstairs is not clean and the restroom is awful. I headed out the door when my pizzas came up. The crusts were great..just a bit too much char..but the crust sauce and cheese offered great bites. Definitely one of the better pizzas in the area. Just clean the place dudes!

Cranberry juice was poured in a nice glass for a dine in. The bathroom is nice- nothing too elaborate but very calming. With fewer bathrooms available maybe making both of them unisex would be ideal since it would be hard to add additional toilets or urinals. They didn't have the baklava dessert and with the bread pudding, there was uncertainty if there was more ingredients included with it- little things such as nuts and such. So I didn't end up getting a dessert. The free bread appetizer was fine as long as you like olives- I do and my friend did not. I wouldn't sell it as a food item but it's a real nice touch as a free item when you dine in. My lemon ricotta was nicely decorated and flavored, and my friend loves his salmon and wants to bring his mother to the restaurant. Because of work. I couldn't make it until the last hour of the dinner interval time. I would've preferred the receipt was itemized and the dessert was a bit pushed on me when they didn't to have the kind of food setup I desired. These are small things- enough to make my experience 4 stars but because it is a soft opening and you could tell the entire staff really put a lot of heart into this, it is 5 stars. Most or all of the staff said bye at the end and it was really nice of them to stand out for patrons when they are probably tired from the day. It's a great crew.

Four different entrees and none disappointed. A whole Branzino fish, Cod I. A broth with Vega and potatoes, lobster spaghetti and clams in a white sauce with spaghetti. All as advertised and again, all delicious. The four split an ample serving of Tiramisu. Until they get their liquor license it's BYOB. I was very busy hosting and it was the easiest foods for me to grab and eat and every single different type was phenomenal. It is hands downs the best pizza I've had since moving here.
