Trust is of the utmost importance when considering a car mechanic because they can recommend a…read morecomplex repair that costs thousands of dollars or a simple fix that is free. I have visited Hare Repair three times and each time I know they could have easily recommended a more complex repair (or just charging more) and I would have said yes because I didn't know better but every single time, they told me exactly what the issue was and it was a lot simpler. The final experience is why you should choose Hare. I took my car in because I was experiencing rough breaking (felt like there was a pebble stuck between the brake pad and rotor) and the ABS light kept coming on. Since I did not want to risk a braking problem, I took my car in. They checked it out and realized I just needed to replace my ABS sensor and it was covered under the warranty that Hare gave me with my previous repair. I had no idea and was prepared to pay hundreds and instead left with a repaired sensor without paying a dime. Take your car here and you'll be taken care of.

The entrance to pull up your car to is a little tricky because I came from the opposite side. I'm not sure if they do appointments, but I came in as a walk-in. They were able to see me, and I think overall, I waited probably about 45 minutes from the time I got there, which isn't bad at all! Service was fantastic. They were very friendly and kept me updated with what I needed. They also had to do a special order for the oil for my car, to change it, but it didn't take very long. They even told me about how long it would take to get there. I felt like the price they gave me for everything that they did was very fair. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. I felt like they were very efficient here.
