The entrance to pull up your car to is a little tricky because I came from the opposite side. I'm not sure if they do appointments, but I came in as a walk-in. They were able to see me, and I think overall, I waited probably about 45 minutes from the time I got there, which isn't bad at all! Service was fantastic. They were very friendly and kept me updated with what I needed. They also had to do a special order for the oil for my car, to change it, but it didn't take very long. They even told me about how long it would take to get there. I felt like the price they gave me for everything that they did was very fair. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. I felt like they were very efficient here.

I scheduled an alignment a day in advance. when I showed up early to my appointment I was told there were two vehicles for alignments ahead of me. I asked how long that would take they said about 2 hours. I said okay and grabbed a seat in the what I hope to be in the middle of a remodel waiting area. this area has pulled up tile residue floors and flys buzzing you constantly. After my 2 hour wait and noticing that there are a new set of customers waiting in the lobby area and the people that were there when I got there were gone. I went and asked how much longer it will take. They quoted me another approximate 45 minutes. At that point I asked for my keys to leave. There was absolutely no remorse or care about a customer's concerns when I it brought to their attention. I hope this location takes time to train their employees on customer experience or at least customer retention. I am going to also reach out to corporate directly to express my experience and concerns .
