He helped me figure out that it could be a recall on my truck and after contacting Ford and the dealership was able to have the over $3000 worth of work done for free. Therefore even as a cost of not getting the job he was very honest and helpful. If I have any other problems with my three vehicles I will definitely go back to the shop. The price of an oil change was very competitive and the shop was able to accommodate me right away. They performed a thorough inspection which revealed an issue that had previously gone undiagnosed. Paul, the Service Advisor, went over the report and pointed out what repairs could wait and the items that should be taken care of soon. I asked for an estimate on my 55,000 maintenance and was sent a breakdown on the individual services. Knowing the spark plugs were never changed.
