Kyle greeted me right away, listened to my needs, and patiently helped me try several HOKA models. He explained the differences between each pair without any pressure and made sure I found the right fit. I ended up buying the HOKA Bondi 9 Wide, and it feels amazing. He also told me they have a foot-scanning machine and more professional insoles available. I didn't try them this time, but I would definitely like to come back and try them next time. I could have bought the same shoes at REI or Sports Basement with my member discount, but I chose to buy them here because the service was so professional, patient, and thoughtful. We've been in the store and have purchased shoes from them at least four times in the last year and the restrooms NEVER in service. I actually believe they keep that sign up to prevent the public from using it and them having to clean it. Next, don't expect to have them honor sale prices unless you're willing to give them a ton of personal information. When the cashier prompted me to put in my phone number, I asked if I could opt out. She responded by saying sure, but she wouldn't give me the sale price.

I was trying to exchange an item for the exact same item. The reason for the exchange was that the pants I received as a gift were a much shorter fit than the same model I've bought before. I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected. I will no longer be shopping at Lululemon and will be taking my business to Alo instead.
