Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

Till this day, NOBODY has matched the kind of personal interest, knowledge, ability, performance and passion that Ricky shows when serving his customers. Ricky truly knows what he is doing and he has really surprised and impressed me when setting up my network system. He set up and made my Ubiquity network system perform at it's peak, when others installers have only installed the hardware and took off and left me with a poor performing network system. Really disappointed. Ricky simply does what others don't for you and he always goes beyond compared to others. Nobody that I have dealt with gets near the kind of service Ricky has provided me. I lost my home in the Eaton Canyon fire from 2025 and I'm in the process of rebuilding my house from scratch and I have hired Ricky and I'm super excited from the proposal he has provided me. I will be installing a surveillance camera system, a brand new Ubiquity network system, Smart light switches system, new TV mounts, home theater setup, in-wall speaker installation etc. I already know the type of work Ricky provides and I am super excited and can't wait to see the end result but I know i will be fantastic.

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Our experience with OC Moving Services was a mixed bag. We planned a partial move (furniture only,…read moreno packing) with a pickup at an additional location. The person responsible for counting the items we wanted moved was still learning a new inventory system and took forever to complete it and ended up including items we did not want moved. Straightening things out with the estimator involved a lot of back and forth before reaching an agreed flat rate price, though we could never get a final list of all the items due to be moved for confirmation. Fortunately, Jessica, who stepped in at the last minute to confirm the move, convinced us an hourly rate might be more advantageous, and she was right, saving us a considerable sum. The crew who carried out the move, Josh, Anthony, and Tom, were terrific--friendly, efficient, and professional. We were left feeling we'd had an overall positive experience with OC Moving in spite of the earlier annoyances.
