I was on a long road trip up from San Diego (having come in from a camping event) and it was found there was an oil leakage. Carlos fit me in immediately the next day and it turned out the leak was much less extensive than originally thought. He told me it was a matter of a really minor part that needed to be fixed, and I was on my way! He was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and really on top of things. Since we have bought our Fiat we have had numerous recalls, transmission over heating (they told us we weren't driving it correctly, yet all I was doing was sitting in the DUTCH Bros drive thru getting coffee and the car started smoking bad) so had to get test run for that and I really dislike having to deal with anyone in the service department. They are rude whether it's on the phone or in person and very short. I understand they call and check up on the visit to make sure everything was taken care of for the car which they do but the lady is not pleasant at all and down talks to me like i don't know what I'm talking about. I reached out to Brandon when I saw him in public and informed him that I HATE calling and speaking to them in the service department and he said to inform management. I don't want to that so I'm just going to put my feedback on here and if management wants to read the review or have questions they can reach out.
