I walked into AutoZone this morning and was immediately greeted by Eliza, who welcomed me with a warm smile. She proceeded to look up and find all the parts I needed and checked me out with speed and accuracy. I don't often leave reviews but I made an exception purely cause of how good Eliza was at her job. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and made my visit a pleasure. Thank you Eliza. read more

The level of customer service was not only above and beyond, but it was something that caught me off guard for an AutoZone. It was something that I would've expected from a four or five star resort. I called looking for an alternator for my truck and they didn't have it in stock. I would've thought my experience would've ended there because I'm sure the store is busy however it didn't Eddie Vivales continue to call around for me to multiple locations until I was completely satisfied and my needs were met . I'd like to take this opportunity to tell them thank you very much. Your customer service was above and beyond. read more

I went to Napa cause they're supposed to be reputable and as a woman that knows I need a reputable company to help me when it comes to keeping my car running. NEVER again will I go to them, I needed a battery BUT they don't touch cars so they couldn't put it in. I went straight to AutoZone, met Amanda and Britney and they were so helpful! Amanda was showing Britney how to change it out and had me out of the parking lot in less the 20 minutes!!! THANK YOU AMANDA AND BRITNEY!!! read more

I am totally impressed with this location. One of the managers, Marcos, came out to the parking lot and used the scanner to determine why my check engine light was one. It was something simple and the part I needed was in stock. I changed it out and problem solved! Thank you Marcos! Thank you autozone! read more

Close to home, so convenient location. Open longer hours than the local parts store that the hubby prefers as his first choice when in need of parts. We just needed windshield washing fluid so we stopped by while out running errands. This location always has cars in the lot...they look like they stay pretty busy. We weren't there long, got what we needed and checkout was quick. Good prices, nice employees. read more

Sometimes I can be a bonehead, but to me, their weekly ads are not too straight-forward; they're kind of confusing. Autozone has some of the best deals for DIY oil change parts and prices, and they do price match with other local retailers. So I bought two of the five quartz oils, an oil filter, and an air filter. I thought I had to do two separate transactions in order to get the deal. The Latina woman that rang me up made my shopping experience flustering today. She then clarified the weekly deal that they had, and I thank her for giving me good customer service and the best price. It's a good thing that she didn't lose her cool and maintained her composure. I can tell by her facial expression that she wanted to say this Cab#%n€ to me LOL. Autozone has the best deals and selections if you want to save some money rather getting ripped off at the dealership. read more

Ordered a condenser off on autozone website but came in all bent so I took it to the only store that had the one I need in stock because I needed it asap and I was actually hoping not to pay any differences since I got mine off of a 20% promotion discount and in the store you pay the regular price and how it's done is refunding the online item back to credit for the one in the store but Amara was able to work her magic and made it all worked out for me in the end. She needs a raise if she isn't getting paid enough! Very friendly and helpful! read more

He answered all my questions and just went above and beyond helping me try to find my car. The manager(I didn't get a chance to catch him name) came out as well and was super helpful and we didn't even ask him to come out he took it upon himself to check in with us and make sure I was getting all the help I needed. I highly recommend you going to this auto zone location because they will not let you down! Thank you so much you guys if I need more help I'll definitely be going back and asking specifically for them! read more

I went to this AutoZone to buy some wiper blades as I noticed one was tore up after washing my truck. I read in ads that AutoZone advertised they would install wiper blades plus other minor car repairs for free. I decided to try this out. Bought the blades and asked for them to be installed. Guy just gave me look and told me to park out front and he would install the blades. I waited for about 5 minutes. He never came out. I went back inside and he was ringing up other customer and never looked my way. I waited by the front door for a minute and when the next employee finished up with a customer, I asked him if anyone could help install these blades as they advertised they would. . He said when an employee is free, one will help you. Looked like that was going to be awhile, so I decided to leave. There was an employee who was outside and asked if he could install my blades. He said he would but his boss came outside and asked him when he was off. He told her he was supposed to be off 45 minutes ago. I got frustrated and left, came home and put them on myself. It's not that I was lazy, it was just convenient. If your going to advertise something, stick to it. The whole reason I went to that store was they advertised they would put the blades on. read more

The good: They have the miscellaneous part that you need. I've found that when looking for replacement parts online (sensors, cables, etc), 99% of websites are completely full of baloney and sell you a part that won't fit, even when their "part lookup" says it will. Who knew there were so many variations on a "2002 Tundra #2 Downstream Oxygen Sensor"? So THREE times I've come here after buying a bunk part online, and they sell me the actual thing I'm looking for. The employees have been really helpful and are super polite. That's uncommon at an auto parts store. Even if they are busy, they always acknowledge that I'm there and tell me they'll be with me in a moment. They've scanned my car with their scan tool for free one time when mine broke. I was going to buy a special wrench from them to install a sensor, but instead of charging me $30 for it they told me I could rent one them for free (they only charge you if you don't bring it back). The meh: They're not the cheapest place around by any stretch of the imagination. I found that a part I paid $150 for was selling brand new for $40 online. Still, they actually sold me what I needed, and I would've had to buy more than $150 worth of random parts online before I found the correct one. And any mechanic would've charged $200 for it plus labor, so I can't complain too much. The bad: Their website! Ok so I can't mark them down since I know that no one in charge of this store has ANY say over their corporate website. Remember how I mentioned that 99% of websites don't show you the correct part? Theirs is no exception. I don't know how that works; their website will show you the wrong part, but they show the right one in-store. Well, I'm glad this place is here. read more

Went in today looking for a fuse. Knowing that it was a special fuse, it wasn't going to be in the aisle. Walk in and showed a worker (younger dark skinned Mexican lady) a picture of the fuse and she just said it was in aisle 2 with out even checking their system or anything (She said that she won't be able to pull it in the inventory because it a fuse), which I don't get at all!! everything in store is in inventory/able to be searched from their end). I go to aisle 2 for about 10 minutes searching for the fuse, the same lady walked by didn't even try to help me or anything. Now I go back up to the cashier area, the same lady that couldn't help me was just on her personal phone. Another cashier was opened and I was able to show her the same picture of the fuse, she typed it in their system and it pops up that it was behind the counter and was able to get it. Long story short that lady needs some training on customer service and training on how to find items. Nobody wants to come to an auto part store wasting time because the worker was just too lazy to search their database for products. I'm going to avoid this location for now, no need for me to waste 20 plus minutes for a product that could of took 2 minutes to find! read more

Came in to buy some wiper blades and asked the employee if he could install them like they advertised they would, he said no there's only 2 employees in there. There was only 1 other customer in the building besides me and there was a gal taking care of them. I came in about a month or 2 ago to get some wiper blades for my other vehicle and asked a tall gentleman if he was able to install them. He was very polite and let his other employee know he was stepping away for a second to help me. I appreciate his help as this new young boy that I asked today just seemed like he didnt wanna do it. Such a disappointment from the last time I went. If you don't wanna do it just say so don't make an excuse when the same thing happened to me a month ago and the kind gentleman did it. This dude seemed like a kid so makes sense he didn't want to help, won't be returning to this location because of him. The woman with the beautiful makeup did a great job helping assist me with the correct blades at a good price for the special they were having. read more

We needed some screws for a license plate, the nylon screws we originally purchased did not fit and broke off inside. The manager Seth (I think that was his name the guy with the green hair) went above and beyond fixing it even having to take off the inside panel to do so. A shop would have charged a ridiculous amount and it took up a bunch of his time. He was extremely friendly about the whole thing and wouldn't even accept a tip for his hard work. I will always come back to this one, the employees are beyond helpful. Thank you guys again and Happy Holidays! read more

I own a pool service company and it is necessary that my trucks work in order for me to provide reliable service. This afternoon I get a call from one of my technicians that the truck wont start. I get home and run a few tests to find the battery is bad. Good news I just bought one less than a year ago so it's under warranty. Bad news is I couldn't find a receipt. All warranty items must be registered to a phone number but mine wasn't registering my purchase! It was a worse case scenario for me but luckily Jennifer helped me through the entire process. Her help tonight and her patience with me is the only reason I am giving this a five star review. Thank you Jennifer for your great customer service. read more

I am an HVAC Technician for Sears and they were having their yearly event of extra savings and discounts for employees family and friends. My wife and I and our 2 young children had decided to take a drive to the Sears Auto Center to pick up a car battery and some windshield wipers for the family car. We got there and the Auto Center was closed. So we decided we needed the items sooner than later so we decided to head to the nearest Auto Zone. We arrived at this store and was met by a very helping gentleman named Travis. Travis was very knowledgeable and got us set up with not only a car battery and windshield wipers, but a cabin air filter, engine air filter and everything we needed to do an oil change as well. As I was loading my children into the car, I looked over my shoulder to see my wife popping the hood of the car and Travis standing there with tools in hand and rubber gloves on. I quickly learned what was happening. He was there ready to install our car battery and Engine Air Filter. I was very thankful on the spot as I did not know this was a service they regularly performed. Travis installed the battery and Air Filter and was puzzled at the way our car was sounding after he asked us to start it. It was idling very low and kept dying. He removed the filter and made sure there was no blockage and that the filter was installed correctly. Everything checked out but the car was still low idle and dying. He went into the store and came out with what looked like either a friend or a regular customer who ended up being a 35 year experienced Automotive Technician. His name was Jerry and he was glad to not only help us but said he would not charge us anything for what he was about to do after quickly diagnosing our situation. (apparently when you disconnect a car battery it sometimes erases information in the cars computer system pertaining to the way the car idles and runs) Jerry, through a series of pressing the gas peddle and turning the ignition on and off, reset the computer and with-in minutes was running normal again. This had to be one of those meant to be moments, where if I'd done this all myself I would've had to take the car in for repair after this change out of battery and air filter. Our angels, as they always are, were right there with us and presented us these two amazing people who were right there in place to help us. I tried tipping Travis who adamantly refused and said it was just part of his job. I offered Jerry free future HVAC services as a token of my appreciation. Travis you are an asset to Autozone, it is amazing to talk to knowledgeable people in setting like this where people rely and believe what you say. I hope you are compensated well in your position there. Again Thank You Travis. read more

Ordered a part on Valentines Day. They told me my part would be there Tuesday the 18th at 3. Didn't get out of class till 6 called then to see if my part was there since no one called me and was on hold for 15mins before someone else answered the phone and put me on hold for another 10 mins! Finally they told me my part was there. I couldn't make it over there until this morning (19th) at 8 I told them my situation he brought a part to me and said "this isn't your part idk why these guys told you it was here sometimes they don't know what they're doing" I said okay when will it be here because it was supposed to be here yesterday he said 10:30, we'll give you a call don't worry and sorry about everything next time you come to buy something I'll give you 10% off I told him if he'd just put the part on I'd call it even. He's said yeah no problem! After class I got back to the store around 1 he asked did they call you I said no. He gave me the part and told his employee to put it on. After 20 mins the guy couldn't get it on and told me that my car was too hot it would take 6 hours for it to cool down. And to drive it to my apartment (1 block away) and have their mobile guy do it for $30! I walked to my apartment cause my car was now broke down and too hot to fix! They seem way too busy to focus on their customers when no ones even in the store! I felt rushed and was lied to! They do NOT put their customers first! Good luck going here and getting your problems solved because I left there with more problems then I started off with! read more
