This one time I bought some speaker stuff from there, was using the blue barrel to carry my items while in there, placed my item in my back pack after purchasing them and was putting away the blue wheel barrel as I was walking out the manager or boss (not too sure but he was an old white guy talking and coordinating all the workers the do and don't) stop me checked my backpack and then GRABBED my backpack and told me I can't leave because I have the items in my backpack thinking I stole the items I just purchased, I even told him I just barely purchased them. Made me go back to the counter to have them check it out and show them the receipt again which I did. Was quite upset about it because I just purchased it and he's acting as if I stole it. Went today to try to purchase a car from them was help but their battery pack wasn't working they went to the back to grab another one and never came back out. I waited for over 40 minutes for them. Nobody came back, or the courtesy of telling us to come back later, when their pack was charged. at the end they missed out on a $2500 purchase from me. I start it off at $1100. Went up to $1500 . Went to Pick-n-Pull first and couldn't find my part, and then I found out this place was down the street. They have water misted fans where you pay/enter and it felt great after being in the sun and then they offered ice cold water! I also liked how there wasn't a lot of rocks on the floor which made it more comfortable when you walked. I appreciated the hospitality, and the admission person was even nice enough to help check us out since all other cashiers were dealing with other people and was taking a while. I found this business through an online service. I followed all the steps and called to confirm pick up my vehicle. Spoke with Kalonie on the phone Saturday, she requested a send a picture of our pink slip for our vehicle, which I did. When I called back on today to set up a time for vehicle pick-up, I was told they no longer service our area. Needless to say, I was wildly disappointed. My dad, a Korean war vet sold a car to them and after they pulled out he realized he left a bag with war pictures and memorabilia in the trunk. I immediately called the location and asked to meet them to retrieve the bag. I was immediately meet with negative response but was told ok but hurry and get there. Once I arrived, I was told they would not allow me to retrieve the bag. I asked to speak to the manager and was given to a supervisor who said no. I threaten to involve the police and he stated he would send the car back. I guess when you are not from this country you have no respect for those who served this country. read more

Great customer service!!! I visited this business on 7-15-17 to buy a fender that was a hard to find part at any of the full service yards here in Fresno. I was in excruciating pain from a back injury that I had had a day earlier. The fender I wanted was inside the backseat of a junk car in their yard. ***REASON iPull-u-Pull Auto Parts deserve 5-stars*** : when I walked into their front gate entrance , there happened to have been a manager nearby who notice that I was walking strangely and he asked if I was okay, which I replied I was in pain because I hurt my back a day earlier, but I really wanted the fender out in the yard. As I continue to hobble away he called me back and then called one of his employees and asked his employee to go out into the yard and get the fender that was laying in the backseat of an old car, which the employee did and after I paid for the fender the employee took it out to my truck and put the fender in the bed of my truck for me. I related to the manager and employee that I was a bit embarrassed to need that type of help, and I thank them both for going above and beyond the Call of Duty to help a customer out!!! I really was in a lot of pain but at the same time as I stated that Fender was a very hard to find Fender and I really wanted it. In this day and age it's hard to find a business that really truly cares about it's customers and to not just say they care , but show it in action as that manager and employees showed me!! the amount of courtesy and compassion that they showed was above and beyond the Call of Duty and they deserve / the business deserve a 5-star rating. Honestly way more sketchy than pick n pull. It started with a miscommunication my spouse had called and they had quoted him $300. The tow truck driver got to my location and called their representatives I was over hearing the conversation and they kept on deducting money until it was brought down to nothing which is OKAY. What I was not okay with is that the representative said he had to take it for free. Then when he got off the phone I asked him so can you take it. Then he said yeah but it will be $45. This is the most sketchiest Pick n pull would of never charged me that much for towing a vehicle the most they have ever charged me is $15 and that gives me a piece of mind from the rep and the tow truck driver having one price and not having their "own". Never been one to complain but in this case I feel I should. Went to this yard to buy an item at a promotional price. Took me about an hour to pull the part but for the price I figured it was worth the effort. By the time I finally made it to the register the cashier disclosed additional hidden charges to the part. Extra charge for this extra charge for that. After the additional charges, the total was over three times the promotional price. Needless to say I felt deceived and I felt It was a waste of my time to come here since they don't honor their own promotions. Bottom line is don't fall for the promotional pricing this place offers, it's just a hook to get you in. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. read more

I posted my review on google and I believed it got erase. My husband and I love coming here for parts because we love the friendly employees. Thank you Frank for answering our questions about the pulling service. However, we have not been coming for awhile and when we did came, we saw horrible customer service. It made us very sad that management allowed it to happen too. While we were looking at the cars for sale, we saw the girl in the front name Luz was being rude and had a nasty attitude. I feel very bad for that older gentleman. She made him feel like shit just because she didn't know her parts. She was telling him that she know her job and that he shouldn't be telling her how to do it. The older gentleman was very corporative but she kept being rude and making it sound like he was stealing the part. He even offered to go pay for it if it was not charge correctly. The Asian girl came and helped him out and let Luz know that the part she was making a big deal was included because it didn't come apart. Luz still continue to be rude to her coworker and the customer. After this day, we don't feel comfortable coming back anymore until management fire her or do something about it because if she is allow to do that to the older gentleman then she is allow to do that to any customer, including us.
