Called ahead and asked if they could fix a sunroof leak and they said yes. Charged me $125 and all they did was clean out some drain pipes (which I had told them I already did) and it was still leaking. Took it back and they had my car for 4 days claiming they tried everything and couldn't find the leak. "We Pour water on your car for hours and couldn't find any leak". Didn't have my car back for 24 hours and it continued leaking. I seriously doubt they did any actual work on my car otherwise they would have seen the leak and been able to fix it.

In my driveway before taking to Ramzeys Motorsports Shop .I will ad more photos with the car in his shop, you will be shocked !

Tony helped us over the phone and was super friendly. We originally planned on getting a regular tint, but after talking with Tony, we upgraded to the cement tint, and we're so glad we did. His knowledge and communication made us feel confident in our choice. This place is amazing, Tony doesn't just do tinting. He also does audio, remote start, car wraps, and more. He's clearly very experienced at what he does. Since it was Black Friday, Tony also acknowledged it and gave us a deal that beat everywhere else in Fresno: $50 off our cement tint and of course a lifetime warranty! You can't beat that. The whole process took about 3.5 hours, and our car came out looking slick and clean. Tony's customer service was excellent, and he was incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. We'll definitely be coming back with our other cars!

I pretty much requested services on yelp to see the different types of estimates and prices for Tint installation services. The service took under two hours. The price was reasonable. The vibe was good.

5-star rating for: New Front bumper painting, carbon fiber install (front lip, side skirt, rear…read morediffuser), wing install, vinyl wrap, DRL headlight upgrade, wheel spacers, front/rear light smoke, and so much more. There's a lot that I'm going to cover here, but bear with me, as the details matter. (Please see the 15+ pictures I've posted along with video.) Our process started with shopping amongst the best vinyl wrap shops in the Central Valley. It came down to 3 places that we had to decide on how they can meet our needs for ALL of the above work. The intention was not to bounce between too many specialty garages which would create a delay of months. We selected Tint Pros for that reason alone. The next step was our personal delivery of ADRO parts in a massive crate directly from Irvine using my Lightning (what am I, Brian Earl Spilner or Brian O'Connor in this story?!) Alex looked over the wares with us and was delighted to see we bought high quality parts. (He isn't the first garage to fear people coming in with TEMU/Alibaba. Beware, consumers!) We both confirmed that the parts were in pristine condition and matched all stick fitment. We are ready to take our build to OEM PLUS mode. The ADRO front bumper was made out of Polypropylene and Tint Pros painted it Piano Black so that it can be more easily wrapped like the rest of the car. We had decided on EVOLV's Gloss SuperCandy Fire Red Vinyl for the wrap. This is a higher end wrap with technology that allows better application (which matters in the long run) along with a deep, metal fleck-like red that gives the impression of a 6-stage paint process. Time to completion once everything was together was 2 weeks. This included the spray PPF on the carbon fiber parts (paint protection spray), front grille install, yellow racing DRL lights, smoking the front headlights & rear taillights, wheel spacers, decal install, CF mirror caps, PPF to the front of the car and to the top carbon fiber roof, AND (lastly) ceramic coating the entire car. (Dang near bullet-proof.) For the cost versus the work requested, Tint Pros was the most reasonable and (in February 2026) they were holding a 4.9 stars with hundreds of reviews. Alex did a great job communicating progress, through call & text, progress pictures & video, and relaying any complications. We are wholly satisfied with the work and the 5-star project car completion from this team. Now onto wrapping my Lightning...!

Very good experience, I'd say 4.5 stars. They explained options well through yelp project,…read moredifferences between ceramic vs vinyl, gave a quote that was consistent with others on price. When I spoke with them over the phone, it was easy to set up an appointment, they had openings and were available early. Staff was friendly, sorted me out on level of tint, and went right to work. The work looks excellent, and there is a lifetime warranty on it. Price was as promised. My only knock was that when the job finished they didn't let me know, so ended up waiting in their waiting area longer than needed to pick up. It wasn't done at the 1.5 hour promise time, no problem, I kept waiting. 60 min later is when I was when I got the keys & paid. Not exactly sure in that extra hour when the job finished. They were busy, I get it, but also your customers have things to do and are waiting. That's minor, and the only thing that stops me from a 5 start review. EDIT: Just to show I'm not just talking trash, when I got home, my wife was impressed with the look. When we get tint done on her car, I will take it to Tint Pros.

Autosound Lab is under new ownership, and in my opinion it is not the Autosound Lab we used to know. **THE SALE** The owner was patient and helpful during the sale. My one nag: it felt like he was more focused on selling what he had in stock than on what my needs actually were. Business-friendly, not customer-friendly, in my opinion. **POST SALE** When I came back because the install wasn't done the way I understood we'd agreed (more on that below), the owner's demeanor changed completely, at least in my experience. He came across as short and confrontational rather than the helpful person from the sale. Before I could finish explaining what was wrong, it felt like he was already painting me as the problem -- too picky, that kind of thing. He even mentioned during that visit that he'd accidentally undercharged me and should have charged more, which struck me as a strange thing to say to a customer who came back with a complaint. My honest impression was that once he had my money, he wanted nothing more to do with me. **PROBLEM 1 -- THE INSTALL** I spent thousands of dollars, a premium price, and I expected a premium install. I chose Autosound Lab specifically for its reputation. Part of the job was custom work on the box to fit a custom setup in my vehicle. In my opinion they did a poor job the first time, and it left the whole setup compromised for my needs. I drove off hoping it would be fine, but after the shock wore off I brought it back -- and that's when, in my experience, the owner turned confrontational. Credit where it's due: they did fix it, and the second time they did a great job. Dealing with the owner through that process was the unpleasant part. **PROBLEM 2 -- THE RATTLE** When I got the vehicle back, I noticed a bass induced rattle from one of the doors with a new speaker. I was told that's just what happens when you add speakers to doors. For thousands of dollars, I would have hoped a premium shop would at least try to mitigate it -- to me that's part of a premium job. **PROBLEM 3 -- WHAT I FOUND** This past weekend I had time to pull the door panel to add some sound padding myself. When I got it open, I found a hole in one of the 6x9s, and when I went to pull the speaker to send it back to Kicker, I noticed the mounting bracket was cracked too. To be clear: I am NOT accusing Autosound Lab of damaging the speaker or the bracket -- I'm only describing what I found when I took it apart. I have no proof of how any of it happened, or even whether it's what's causing the rattle. I'm not a speaker expert and I'm still sorting that out. All I can say for certain is that the door rattled(when playing music) when I picked up the truck, and when I opened it up there was a hole in the speaker and a cracked bracket. Based on how my last visit went, I didn't want to go back, so I reached out to Kicker directly instead. To their credit, they're replacing the speaker under warranty. I'll install the new one myself and find out whether the bass rattle goes away. Credit to Kicker for standing behind their product. **CONCLUSION** In my opinion, Autosound Lab is not the Autosound Lab of years past. It's under new ownership, and the new owner has stated publicly -- in his own Yelp replies -- that he does not honor warranties or repair commitments made under the previous ownership. To me, this feels like Autosound Lab in name only. Worth noting: in the end it was Kicker, the manufacturer, that took care of me, not the shop that did the install. Different type of warranty, I realize, but it left an impression about who actually stands behind their customers. And based on how he's responded to other reviews, I expect the reply to this one will be more about defending himself than taking any of it on board. More than anything, though, I hope the owner's attitude toward customers changes. Reputation is what carried this shop for decades, and in my opinion, if people keep getting treated the way I was, I don't expect it to stay in business very long. I'd love to be proven wrong. Shout-out to the two installers -- both seemed like good guys. EDIT: According to crutchfield the brackets that come with the speakers are not compatible with my truck. I received the replacement brackets and I am able to theorize why the bracket installed in my truck was broken. So probably both speakers are problematic. I will order replacement parts and fix it myself. I am confident that if I was to take it in and request a fix I would have to deal with a bad attitude. IMO, the owner would do himself a favor to hire someone to work with the customers and he can stick to operating his business.
