January 12, 2026 on a Monday night, my wife's car battery was completely dead, So you know what that means, she wanted it fixed and She wanted it, to be fixed now.. And if you're happily Married you know what I'm talking about people. So I immediately took off to AutoZone and I pulled up two minutes before Auto Zone was due to be closed. Now, people you know that's not right pulling up two minutes before they're closed. So I ran inside, the gentleman behind the counter, greeting me with a smile. I explained my situation and I do believe I think the manager came out from the back and he was very professional too. They looked up my name on the computer ,Then a gentleman from behind the counter came out to the car looked at the battery to make sure that they had the same battery in stock. Both of the employees offered to come out to my car and change the battery out for me. Which I decline I told them I could do it myself. If I could borrow a tool they gave me a tool so I could install the battery . I was out of there by 9:06. If That's not great customer service. I don't know what it is thank you. Absolutely worst experience ever Long story short, I bought an engine from this autozone, it came internally assembled completely wrong! (Every timing component installed incorrectly). Autozone did nothing, manager seems really nice...when he's available to talk to (guy is always gone), but he does nothing to actually help, says he'll do stuff, doesn't do anything, literally can't think of this experience going any worse anywhere else. read more

This is the closest location to my home and let me tell you, of all the Autozones I have visited this is the cleanest and very well stocked. I went in today to pick up a couple of filters for my 2019 Honda Civic and the parts were in fact in stock. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt like I was being disrespected or talked down to. Will most definitely return to this location for all my auto needs and highly recommend it. read more

Had I gotten the name of the guy who answered I'd write about him but I didn't. I called twice trying to get information if they had my license plate light bulb in stock and I was told he was unable to look bc he was installing a few batteries. The 2nd time I called I was told the same thing by the same guy and I said I'd be right in to find my answer. I instead called O'Reily and was told they had it in stock so I instead went there. As I past by AutoZone, I saw only one car and without the hood up and no one was outside. If I was getting my battery replaced I would be outside with my car. What does that tell me? Yeah, too lazy to look it up. OR he meant changing the batteries on his mouse. Smh read more

I woke up one morning and my car wouldn't start. My car is still under warranty and I called the dealership and they stated for me to take it to O'Reilly or Auto Zone and they will replace and install the battery for me. So I go down to O'Reilly to purchase a battery and to have battery installed. The employee wants to see the battery and then tells me I need a professional install because its too complicated to remove the old battery. She states they would sell me the battery but not install it. Well, Auto Zone is across the street and the employee tells me she is pretty sure Auto Zone will tell me the same thing. Well--- Auto Zone DID install my battery. I was working with a young lady who took the time to install the battery. Customer service is great. I was impressed they didn't tell me they couldn't do the install. I would highly recommend this store. read more

This place gets Best AutoZone I've ever been to not only do they have exactly want I need!! There has been a few times I've gone in and don't know what the parts aree called they will take the time to look it up and help me figure out what I need. And if they don't have it, Julie will make sure I to order it and have it for me that same day or next day. A lot of there parts also offer lifetime warranty and I've never had an issue with exchange. I go to the AutoZone on Fig Garden Drive when ever I need something for my car. Tonight I needed a new passenger headlight so I called before going there to see if they would be able to install a new headlight and was told yes. The tech who helped me was Tristen and he was awesome. After he put the passenger headlight into my 2014 Elantra he said that I also needed a turn signal light and installed that as well. He was awesome. The expense was only around $25 and in January I spent $60 to have the driver side headlight replaced at Lithia. The AutoZone at this location ALWAYS provides me with excellent customer service. Thank you Tristen!! read more

Last week I was having an issue with my charging system and while I was there in the parking lot an employee helped me use their volt meter to check for the problem. I came here for a new air filter since everytime I would get a oil change they never had the one for my car. They were very helpful and placed the new air filter in for me. I was caught off guard when my check engine light came on. It had never came on before. I Google searched a few reasons and found out my gas cap was loose. Went to auto zone bc I know they do diagnostic checks. You yourself have to plug the reader in but it's fast and easy to do. After a couple seconds the reader concluded that it was in fact my gas cap that needed to be replaced. Kevie my salesperson, also noted that my battery was leaking and needed to be replaced, he was right. Kevie's service and knowledge of cars was very helpful and gave me a piece of mind thanks auto zone. read more
