The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. Instead of using the proper cleanout access, they went through my toilet and barely resolved the issue. Within four weeks, the problem returned, and they came back recommending an expensive water jet service. I agreed, but the jetting service--costing nearly $1,600--did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. After running cameras twice (once in March and again recently), they finally told me there was a tree obstruction in the line. So essentially, after spending over $2,000, no actual repair work was done--only diagnostics. I then had to involve the city, who dug up the area and removed a tree stump that was causing the blockage--at additional cost to me. This is something the plumbing company should have identified and addressed properly from the beginning. To make matters worse, I was initially told there would be some kind of refund or assistance given the circumstances, but I was recently informed that they will not be providing anything. Since then, I've heard from multiple local municipal workers that this company has a poor reputation in the area and frequently pushes high-cost jetting services that don't resolve the issue. I strongly do not recommend All Mark Plumbing. This was an expensive, frustrating experience with no resolution and zero accountability.
