Shopping carts all over the parking lot but figured that's not their fault. Walked in, couldn't find a shopping cart. Tried to walk out figuring maybe I missed the shopping carts walking in. I see an older white guy who appeared to be the guy in charge (William if I'm not mistaken). I say "excuse me, sorry to bother, where can I grab a shopping cart". He looks up, rolls his eyes and rudely states "the parking lot". I walk out thinking I missed the location outside where the shopping carts are stationed. Nope, he was literally referring to one of the many carts strewn all over the parking lot. Apparently clients are supposed to bring one of those carts with them to do their shopping. As I grabbed mine I saw others doing the same. That's how I knew this must be the way this place does business. To the district or regional manager... you may want to come chill in the parking lot and see for yourself. This is no way to run a business and whoever is in charge has no business running this store if something like this is a common occurrence. And to William, do better.

The strawberries were moldy or the prosciutto was hardening. But they usually do a good job on removing those items off the shelves.

But the auto center messed up the star rating when they gave my ex gf a horrible experience a few weeks ago. She went there ti buy and install 4 new tires. The guy in auto center was rude. Plus the installers overinflated her tires up to 12 pounds. Not sure why they would do that crap. Her door jam clearly says 30 pounds. Why would you put 42 pounds in her tires ???? So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. I swear I wish I were there when she took her vehicle there. I would've made them do everything right or give us a full refund and take your tires back. I swear.

Very disappointing visit, should have looked for a Subway or another Deli . The Deli service felt unfriendly and unkind. The turkey provolone had only a sliver slice of provolone. I usually shop at Amazon Fresh because there's no line, it's less crowded and I can ring myself up or have the robot shopping cart do it and be on my way. This Sprouts is equally a pleasant shopping experience. Normally if I get coffee, I'd order from Klatch using their app then pick it up in store and be on my way, but the last two times I needed groceries and decided to get them here since I picked up my coffee here and to save me a trip to Amazon Fresh. After picking up my coffee, I was looking at my phone at a TikTok for ingredients and an employee walked up concerned and asked me if everything was ok since I was kind of hovering by the end of the aisle. I let her know I was ok and that I was just looking down at my phone, I wasn't sad and we had a chuckle. Once I figured out what I needed I turned down the pasta aisle and another one of the employees was going down that aisle at the same time and greeted me and asked if I found everything ok and I said, yes, thank you! I was honestly there for about 15 minutes and it felt like everyone was making sure I was ok and that's the other reason why I would shop here over Amazon Fresh. I was told by this couple that I know that shops here religiously that they have very good deals on Tuesday? Something about checking the ends of the aisles or you can find deeply discounted items here. Parking here can get a little crazy and nowt hey have Tesla chargers at the end of the lot so it's a little busier with that traffic, but I've always been able to find a good parking spot. It's nowhere near as bad as Costco and Amazon Fresh across the street.
