We pulled in to this place and we're not sure if pizza or bait shop. Sorry just being honest. Walked in and waitress was very pleasant and took us to the table. Got our drink cups and handed us menus. The place was super clean. The only complaint would be the tvs did not have anything to watch on it. We ordered the veggie sampler for appetizers and it was perfect. It came within in minutes and was hot and all elements were crispy. There was a lot. We even took some home popped it in air fryer for a few minutes and still was crispy the next day. That has never happened before. We ordered the build your own pizza think with sausage mushroom and onion. It is so far the best pizza in the area for us. The toppings were ample and cheese was melted perfect. The slice also held firm when picking it up which my wife love. No saggy tip and crispy edges. Very well done. Pricing was perfect for us. If I were to offer a something could have been better is the cannoli cake. The cannoli cake was flavorless. The texture was good it just was not very flavorful. The chocolate cake??? Eubank Pizza is locally owned and operated. It is the only Pizza Place in the small community of Eubank, KY. Their pizza which may cost a bit more than your chain pizza joints isn't anything remotely like the pizza they serve. We order from there fairly often for us because we cook at home most of the time these days. But for example we order their Supreme Pizza, It is more like a pie you get so many toppings and so much cheese! It is a pizza Delight that you can't get at any other Pizza Place I have eaten at in this area. And believe me I have tried them all with 4 kids...lol. They are located right on HWY 27 and if you haven't been there for a Pizza yet you have missed a real treat. They really do have the best pizza in Pulaski County. All this is coming from a person who is not a real lover of Pizza but is a lover of good food! Surprising this was very good. We went because my brother mentioned it. Their wings are good, the double decker pizza is good, pepperoni is spicy, which ai love, and the fried cauliflower was great. The waffle fries were underwhelming. We will give it another try. read more

You can instantly tell the difference when a restaurant serves you something out of the freezer versus something fresh. The owners of Eubank Pizza are from Chicago and they know great pizza and subs. This place makes their own dough, sources only the best ingredients, piles on the cheese and other toppings, and bake everything in an old stone deck oven. Even their personal pizza is incredible. Normally a personal pizza is a completely different texture and flavor than their full size counterparts. I had their personal pizza as a lunch special - up to 5 toppings with a drink. It was a true miniature version of their full size pizza. Same crust, same texture, same flavor, same melt on the cheese - extremely impressive. Any place that takes that much pride making a personal pizza is doing it up right! The best of the best is the Italian Beef Sandwich! They take a fresh roll - put it in the oven with a ton of garlic butter and crisp it up a bit - take it out of the oven and ladle an Italian Au jus over it and pile on sliced beef and mozzarella cheese and put it back in the oven and bubble the cheese over the beef. I drank the cup of Au jus they serve it with. It is outstanding! Come hungry! read more

First time eating here in over 2 years. The pizza tasted better than before. The hot ham and cheese hoagie was tasty also. Tried the onion rings, cheese sticks and jalapeno potato sticks. Everything was good. The service was friendly and it didn't take to long to get our food. They do provide a military discount which is much appreciated. Eubank? More like EuSTANK. Friday was my first and likely last experience with you guys. At first, when my wife complained about her cheese sticks that didn't look like the photo online, I thought she was splitting hairs. They were okay. Adequately edible I guess. Not horrible, but nothing more. The sauce container INSIDE the food container squishing down and leaving a circular, squished indentation in the center of the cheese sticks didn't win any points either. Why not bag the stuff instead of shoving it in there? The boneless bites though? They were the worst ones I've ever had. They were hard, sparsely sauced and looked like leftovers. I've microwaved cheap frozen bites that put these to shame. Luckily the house I was staying in had some cheap Great Value buffalo sauce in the fridge. If Great Value buffalo sauce GREATLY improves your chicken, you've got an issue there. I placed my order around an hour before closing so while late, that's not at all last minute. I wouldn't consider this an excuse for poor products. I'd have rather went without then pay good money for a bad example. I'm not saying this is a representation of your overall business, but it certainly was a bad example. As a first time customer I was sorely disappointed and hope you guys don't let this sort of thing pass on the regular. The area has plenty of bad restaurants. Don't be one of them. read more
