Food quality is inconsistent. Unless they put their mushrooms in a food processor, there were none on my pizza. Very few pieces of pepperoni and fewer bananas peppers. Definitely not worth the money this time... As we did not eat any of it.. after that first bite, we tossed it out. Ended up cooking dinner. Very disappointed and probably won't give it another chance.

There were two drawbacks to the dine in experience. First, the dining area is very small, only two tables. However, in their defense, Papa John's Pizza Is typically a carryout service experience. The second drawback to dine in was the noise! The kitchen was so noisy, it made conversation nigh unto impossible. I'm not sure I'd recommend dine in service for that reason. Our order was filled correctly. My wife is gluten intolerant and has a severe dairy allergy, so it is imperative that her order is processed and prepared correctly. The staff did a good job filling it as ordered. As a carryout restaurant, I would probably give this establishment five stars. The dine in experience is worthy of four stars, relative to the aforementioned issues. Parking is ample.

You want something super quick and easy and because there is nothing else around, your "last stop" or maybe "last resort" is this pizza shop. Knowing what a bind you've put yourself in, as a self-respecting adult you accept any and all repercussions of your lack of forethought or effort to have or cook food at the house. You set your expectations appropriately low and give Last Stop a phone call to place an order for pickup. A very kind and polite person answers the phone and takes your order. You're already pleasantly surprised. 15-20 minutes and your pizza will be ready. You diddle daddle for a few and then go a very short drive to pick up your order. You arrive and you're greeted by another very polite and well-mannered young person at the drive-up window who retrieves your pizza and collects payment. You notice by looking in through the window that the place is neat, tidy and clean. Your wife opens the pizza box and exclaims how good it looks despite having no real crust. You arrive back home and quickly tear into the pizza because you're starved and in a pinch. The pizza is hot, has plenty of cheese and isn't super greasy. Now is it the best pizza you've ever had? Of course not, but you wouldn't expect it to be. Does it eat? You bet your buns it does. After a slice or two, you begin to pinpoint where the pie's weakness lies--the crust. Neither crispy nor fluffy, the crust verges on chewy, but you don't let that stop you from enjoying another slice. Last Stop places the pepperonis and any other toppings underneath the cheese. This prevents the pepperonis from getting crispy and flavorful, though likely keeps the pie from getting greasy. A trade off that, though regrettable, is not a dealbreaker for this reviewer. Service was excellent, pizza was good enough and I'm happy.

You are very welcome,I failed to go into detail about how rude and argumentative you all were on the phone and just how horrible an experience it truly was.Your commentary speaks volumes about how little you care about what you serve to our community.I stand by what I wrote and truth is truth. If you want a successful business don't be rude and argumentative, don't serve people garbage then try to lie when it's pointed out so others don't waste their money just to have the same horrible experience and nasty food served to them like you all did me.Best of luck, treat your customers as you would want to be treated and take a look at what your serving your customers.A cheap totinos would have been 100 percent better than what you all handed out that window for 20.00,that got fed to the dogs because it was unedible. That is the facts.Have a good day.Hope you improve the quality of your food and service.I won't ever waste my time or money there though. It is what it is..

Tonight…read morethere were four (4) of us -- upon arrival, they had no record of our reservation which was done (AND CONFIRMED) last week via FB Messenger. Nonetheless, they were able to accommodate us with only a brief wait -- overall, not a big deal. Service was average at best. Server was polite but did not write down our orders which meant coming back to confirm -- both drinks and food several times. We always enjoyed the pizza here so when we inquired about the pizza menu, none was provided but the server "rattled off" three pizza options. Not a good impression since, once we got a menu from the manager, there were plenty of choices. Took, what seemed like, forever to get drinks -- still not sure if there was actually a bartender or if the servers were handling the drinks. MUSIC IS INSANELY LOUD!!! TERRIBLE! Food was mediocre -- it used to be off the charts fantastic. Shrimp and Grits (two orders) were floating in grease from the onions and peppers -- it was awful. Pasta Alfredo, with shrimp and chicken was very good! Salmon with risotto was just okay. Long story short -- this place used to be fantastic, an absolute no brainer to visit regularly. But after three recent visits, we'll take a year or two off until they get their act together.

You're a restaurant in the business of hospitality, right? Perhaps share that with your employee named Ellie, who took it upon herself to nastily and aggressively berate my sister this evening. Let me paint a picture for you. Our party dined with you in observance of three family birthdays (my sister's being one of them) and brought a homemade cake to enjoy, just as we did last year when we reserved the vault room. Imagine our surprise when, upon receiving the checks, we were charged a $25 "cake cutting fee." I realize that's just semantics, like a "corkage fee," but maybe call it something else when the servers do no such thing. I digress. When questioned by my sister about the charge, Ellie told her in no uncertain terms that the cake cutting fee was clearly posted "on the door, the menu, and the website." Multiple members of our party thoroughly checked all three places and found it stated NOWHERE. The audacity! How rude and misinformed can one person be? Needless to say, an otherwise pleasant experience was instantly and wholly ruined by one person's lack of professionalism and tact. I've never had a bad experience at Copper & Oak, so I'm not sure what's gone wrong at La Cosa Nostra, but none of my meals there have come close by comparison. And you can be assured I'll never spend my hard earned money there again; in fact, I'll be hesitant to support Copper & Oak by mere association. And I'll be quick to caution others regarding both establishments. I'll be curious to see if this email is ignored (my prediction) or handled in a timely, professional manner. And even more curious to see - if acknowledged - how you intend to remedy the situation. Oh, and you might consider updating the website, as you highlight both spaghetti and meatballs and saltimbocca, but serve neither."
