Pizza Hut in Danville, KY This was my first (and only) trip…read moreto this Pizza Hut. I like to write a nice review when I have a good restaurant experience, but this was anything but. After ordering 24 Buffalo wings and some fries online - for $32 - I pulled up to the drive through window to get my order. I sat there for 3-4 minutes before anybody even came to check on me. I paid, got a bag of food and drove home... where I discovered they'd given me an order of 12 honey bbq wings. Called Pizza Hut. Phone rang 20 times and nobody answered, so back in the car. Back to Pizza Hut. Park to go inside and get orders straitened out and see that the building is closed. Drive through only. I have to wait behind 2 other cars for 6-7 minutes. When the car in front of me gets to the window, I can tell they are handed the wrong pizza, which is then exchanged. I see a pattern here. When I pulled up to the window the same person waits on me - with a confused look on their face - then says "did I give you the wrong wings?" Luckily my order was still sitting there. I take it all home, warm it up in the oven (the fries are cold by now) and - after wasting 30 minutes of my time - I eat the only order of food I'll ever have from this Pizza Hut. My advice - check your order very carefully before pulling away from the drive through window!

The customer service was friendly and efficient, making me feel like a valued customer. I can confidently say that Pizza Hut has earned a solid 5-star rating in my book. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a consistently excellent pizza dining experience. Another thing is that it is not to loud and not to quiet in the restaurant.

I want to start with...Steven has great customer service and always tries to get things right…read more However, we got a flyer today with a coupon in it... The coupon code did not work. Food quality is inconsistent. Unless they put their mushrooms in a food processor, there were none on my pizza. Very few pieces of pepperoni and fewer bananas peppers. Definitely not worth the money this time... As we did not eat any of it.. after that first bite, we tossed it out. Ended up cooking dinner. Very disappointed and probably won't give it another chance.

The establishment was clean and the order was served hot and fresh. There were two drawbacks to the dine in experience. First, the dining area is very small, only two tables. However, in their defense, Papa John's Pizza Is typically a carryout service experience. The second drawback to dine in was the noise! The kitchen was so noisy, it made conversation nigh unto impossible. I'm not sure I'd recommend dine in service for that reason. Our order was filled correctly. My wife is gluten intolerant and has a severe dairy allergy, so it is imperative that her order is processed and prepared correctly. The staff did a good job filling it as ordered. As a carryout restaurant, I would probably give this establishment five stars. The dine in experience is worthy of four stars, relative to the aforementioned issues. Parking is ample.

When I pulled up to the speaker, I ordered a 3 piece with all potato wedges. The guy said all they had was dark meat. I said that was fine, I wanted all dark anyway. I ordered a Diet Mountain Dew. When I got to the window, the drink he handed me was blue. Okay, I'm ok with Baja Blast. No biggie. I get the food...drive home...and then find 2 breasts and a wing. No dark. They were so dry and so hard. I had to chip off pieces to try to find an edible bite. Also instead of all wedges I had slaw and wedges and they were cold and under cooked. An hour of travel time for an inedible meal. The best part of it was the Baja Blast I didn't order. I need to find more Jason Momoa to watch, to soothe my disappointment.

I asked if they had already ordered. They all kinda chuckled and one said " we have but its not looking good". After I stood at the register for about 3 minutes, the employee working the drive-thru walked around the corner and asked " can I take your order ?". I ordered a KFC combo. They immediately said "oh no, hold on", walked away and came back and said. " We only have legs......" This is 12:40PM on a Wednesday. They just stared at me as if waiting on me to say " thats ok, I wasn't expecting a chicken restaurant to have anything other than legs on a Wednesday during lunch time....." How in the world can a business be so terrible at what they do, especially when they are operating under a corp umbrella where all the research and work has been done for them..... for YEARS !!!!. Unreal. I just left.

You want something super quick and easy and because there is nothing else around, your "last stop" or maybe "last resort" is this pizza shop. Knowing what a bind you've put yourself in, as a self-respecting adult you accept any and all repercussions of your lack of forethought or effort to have or cook food at the house. You set your expectations appropriately low and give Last Stop a phone call to place an order for pickup. A very kind and polite person answers the phone and takes your order. You're already pleasantly surprised. 15-20 minutes and your pizza will be ready. You diddle daddle for a few and then go a very short drive to pick up your order. You arrive and you're greeted by another very polite and well-mannered young person at the drive-up window who retrieves your pizza and collects payment. You notice by looking in through the window that the place is neat, tidy and clean. Your wife opens the pizza box and exclaims how good it looks despite having no real crust. You arrive back home and quickly tear into the pizza because you're starved and in a pinch. The pizza is hot, has plenty of cheese and isn't super greasy. Now is it the best pizza you've ever had? Of course not, but you wouldn't expect it to be. Does it eat? You bet your buns it does. After a slice or two, you begin to pinpoint where the pie's weakness lies--the crust. Neither crispy nor fluffy, the crust verges on chewy, but you don't let that stop you from enjoying another slice. Last Stop places the pepperonis and any other toppings underneath the cheese. This prevents the pepperonis from getting crispy and flavorful, though likely keeps the pie from getting greasy. A trade off that, though regrettable, is not a dealbreaker for this reviewer. Service was excellent, pizza was good enough and I'm happy.
