This is a great, casual pizza spot. While there is no indoor seating, it is perfect for a quick pickup order. I ordered a beef pizza with cinnamon sticks, but unfortunately I received a cheese pizza instead. Despite the mix-up, the pizza was still delicious, and the pricing offers excellent value. read more

In this area of Garrard County (North Lancaster), beggars can't be choosers. You're 15 minutes from any restaurant or fast food, and sometimes fast food just doesn't tickle your fancy. You want something super quick and easy and because there is nothing else around, your "last stop" or maybe "last resort" is this pizza shop. Knowing what a bind you've put yourself in, as a self-respecting adult you accept any and all repercussions of your lack of forethought or effort to have or cook food at the house. You set your expectations appropriately low and give Last Stop a phone call to place an order for pickup. A very kind and polite person answers the phone and takes your order. You're already pleasantly surprised. 15-20 minutes and your pizza will be ready. You diddle daddle for a few and then go a very short drive to pick up your order. You arrive and you're greeted by another very polite and well-mannered young person at the drive-up window who retrieves your pizza and collects payment. You notice by looking in through the window that the place is neat, tidy and clean. Your wife opens the pizza box and exclaims how good it looks despite having no real crust. You arrive back home and quickly tear into the pizza because you're starved and in a pinch. The pizza is hot, has plenty of cheese and isn't super greasy. Now is it the best pizza you've ever had? Of course not, but you wouldn't expect it to be. Does it eat? You bet your buns it does. After a slice or two, you begin to pinpoint where the pie's weakness lies--the crust. Neither crispy nor fluffy, the crust verges on chewy, but you don't let that stop you from enjoying another slice. Last Stop places the pepperonis and any other toppings underneath the cheese. This prevents the pepperonis from getting crispy and flavorful, though likely keeps the pie from getting greasy. A trade off that, though regrettable, is not a dealbreaker for this reviewer. You're pizza was burnt,you can see the black on the burnt pepperoni in the air bubbles that you all proclaim everyone loves,you do not value your customers and take no self accountability for your poor customer service and below sub par product. I'm giving this place a 4-star rating. I'd like to give it 5 stars because of their location... it's definitely the best pizza within 50 miles of there. My only complaint is the size of the pizza. We ordered a medium pizza & it was much smaller than expected. The ingredients were fresh & the dough was in the middle of perfect. Not too doughy & not too crispy. The next time I'm visiting the area I'm going to order a large pizza to check the size(I'll update my review accordingly). Overall... if you're passing through the area & want a quick snack then order a pizza from here. I'd also like to see what a small pie looks like. We tried this out because it was nearby and had good reviews. I don't know if it was just bad luck that those working that day didn't care/know how to cook (group of teenage girls were working the shop) or if it's gone down hill since the reviews but we were immensely disappointed. We got two different pizza's, bread sticks, and wings. All of it went to waste and even the kids didn't even want the pizza, it tasted that bad. read more

This pizza was great! Only complaint is the pizza seemed to be thrown together a little fast. If they would've taken their time to spread the pepperoni throughout the pizza instead of all around the crust (which was strange) then I would've rated this a five! Great service!! Amazing food. If you're looking for something quick and a meal that taste home cooked you definitely need to give them a try. You're good is always hot too! Who doesn't like hot food? Jason, the owner, is an absolute godsend. I was bicycling along the ACATAT and had planned to cross the bridge down the road to get to a campground before sunset after grabbing a quick bite at Last Stop. He informed me the bridge is out and it's quite a trek around it, instead offering me to stay outside the pizza spot. He even gave me a carrot cake. His staff was all super generous from the moment I walked in, filling my Camelbak and just being genuinely good people. Now, aside from all that, how was the food? Actually great! I live in Chicago and my roommate runs a pizza based Instagram so I know a thing or two about pies. This was the real deal. Proper flatbread Italian style crust and fresh ingredients. I got pepperoni and mushroom(one of my go-to combos) and it did not disappoint. I saw another reviewer complain that the medium was small. That's true. I had a medium and was easily able to eat half myself, but still. I'm a cyclist and only ate half. I've eaten an entire large Lou's thin back in Chicago by myself. I guess you should just figure out how hungry you are and plan for it. I'll be back when the bridge is reinstalled and my legs have more muscle on them. Party on, Bryantsville! read more
