Highly recommend the quesadilla and pork nachos! Good ol American comfort foods. We got 3 appetizers to share between two people and the portions were huge, def had leftovers for home. We always make a trip to ET's when we're in Rantoul! Great service in a pub setting

This is such a nice place in a small town. We visited ET's after spending time at the reindeer ranch (just 5 min away). Enjoyed drinks & a meal. The staff was so friendly & provided great service. They were able to answer questions we had about the menus. I would definitely recommend this spot!

New Year's Eve 2023 I met a guy in a blind date here. A year later -New Year's eve 2024, we went back for our first anniversary!! Food was amazing! Service great! We split a couple appetizers and there was so much food! Love this place and will definitely celebrate every anniversary here!!! I wish I could give them infinite stars!

Great food and a fun atmosphere. We were a HUGE group and they accommodated us with no problem at all. The servers were amazing. I had the burger that comes with pulled pork on top of it. Oh, and my server said I had to try the onion rings. She was right! Those were so good!

We were in town for a soccer tournament. Seen this restaurant on Yelp. Food and service was very good! We made a great choice to try it out.

I don't think that my meal could've been better. After looking at all of the options we decided to get the pulled pork nachos, the "crack" fries and the wedge salad with brisket. This was for two adults and one small child. It was a ridiculous amount of food. Usually when the food is super good like that I can manage to cram a pretty decent amount into my big face hole. But it was just so much. But it was so good. I battled with myself for much of the time I was at ETs. I finally had to give in and take a to go container. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. Excellent!

Small burger restaurant on the old Main Street. They've done a great job of repurposing the spot and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. The menu was fairly standard and everyone was pleased with their food.

Excellent lunch. Lots of construction in street outside but place was going strong. Wish we had a place like this where we live.

Emancipation is a brewery not a lot of people have heard of because it's not close to anything of course. Has a surprising amount of variety on tap and in cans to go. They may not have a whole lot but everything is full of flavor and quenches one's thirst. Even with it being a smaller brewery it still has quite a lot. It's got several of their own beers on tap along with a few others. There's also more cans in a refrigerator. Has the basics along with a few interesting ones. More than just the IPAs and the usual. It's about $7 a pint. The Farmer's Favorite is the IPA and is a pretty good medium one that's crisp and smooth. Has a few things to snack on here. It's about $3 for the Krack Mix. Basically like Chex Mix but it's made locally. They also will let you bring in stuff. Great place that's pretty hard to find the first time going here. It's located on N. 2500 East Rd. a few miles north of Fairbury surrounded by corn fields pretty much. They're closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Located in scenic Thomasboro. Actually, located in the heart of scenic Thomasboro. This is a bar,…read morenot unlike any other bar you would find in a town that has but one or two bars. It's got that hint of musty water damage, that you will find in old buildings. A subtle je ne sais quoi, that just makes a small town bar be a small town bar. You can't put your finger on it, but why are they ... exactly what they are? Is it the NASCAR logos throughout the place? Is it the can or bottle of beer that they never sold, but got one bottle of (in this case, Kentucky Horse Piss) (oddly enough, I have an empty bottle of KHP on display with the rest of the bottles at Kridz). Is it the 3 logos? Is it the neon for bud light or miller lite? There's the exact same sights, sounds, smells, and feels of almost every other small town bar. Would I call it a "dive bar", no. For it to be that, there would have to be competition in the same town. This is just "small town bar". Comparing it to CU, yes, this is a dive. But there is no comparison to CU. THIS IS THOMASBORO!!! The prices here are fantastic. It's nearly cheaper to drink here than to drink at the house. Take cash, or use the ATM. Probably easier to just take cash. Go here, you will love it. You may not feel like you are completely welcome on your first visit, but strike up a conversation with the bartender, the next time you go in, it'll be your home bar. Including with the smell of your basement that is mildewed because your sump pump went out the last time that there was a hard rain and you had 3 inches in the basement.
