Ms. Munoz is moody often yells at kids, refuses to take responsibility for her actions, and misrepresents herself as "kind and empathetic". The lunch and P ground staff can be unkind, and favoritism is rampant, especially toward Moms who are teachers themselves. Only kids who seem safe are the quiet, submissive ones who never speak up about mistreatment. The school has a high turnover of teachers, and principals are constantly rotating. When parents raise legitimate concerns, they are often called into the office and subjected to gaslighting made to feel as if the problem is their fault. Accountability is nonexistent.
