Instead of receiving compassion and immediate protection, the student was met with skepticism and a dismissive attitude from administration. (Dr F ) To make matters worse, the school allowed a mosh pit on the dance floor -- a completely unsafe and irresponsible choice at a school event. This created a chaotic environment where serious incidents could (and did) occur. A school's first priority should be the safety and well-being of its students. In this case, the lack of empathy, poor response, and failure to provide a safe environment showed me that this administration needs serious training and accountability. We were here watching a Wrestling Program. All the kids did a great job. I was attempting to sit in…read morethe gym bleachers to watch the wrestling match. The bleachers don't have handrails. The steps are extremely deep, more so than most steps. I just couldn't get up on the step to sit in the bleachers. A very nice wrestling student from Etiwanda High School and my husband helped me up. Everyone was very nice there however, I heard other wrestling watchers complaining about the steps with no handrails and how deep the steps are.

This school failed when it came to handling harassment. During my junior year, a male student…read morerepeatedly poked me in my chest area. I reported it to an administrator, but he only received a one day suspension, and nothing else was done. Later, another student constantly stared at my chest, made inappropriate comments, called me "Hollywood's favorite slut," used slurs toward me, and blamed his ADHD for his behavior. After I reported him, I was promised that we would not be placed in the same classes the following year, but that promise was broken. He continued making comments, and despite multiple complaints from both me and my mom, the school did very little. It wasn't until I mentioned changing my schedule that the administration finally seemed willing to listen. Overall, I felt ignored and unsupported. The school repeatedly failed to follow through on its promises and did not take my concerns seriously, not safe for girls at all. I recommend Los Osos or Alta Loma I hear they take these things more seriously‍‍

There are lots of cliques among the teachers, and favorites are obvious. If parents aren't "in the…read moregroup," your child is treated differently, they gossip about families it spreads easily. Not Christ Like ! Many parents act entitled and unkind, with a high class, elitist energy that makes the environment unpleasant . Ms. Munoz is moody often yells at kids, refuses to take responsibility for her actions, and misrepresents herself as "kind and empathetic". The lunch and P ground staff can be unkind, and favoritism is rampant, especially toward Moms who are teachers themselves. Only kids who seem safe are the quiet, submissive ones who never speak up about mistreatment. The school has a high turnover of teachers, and principals are constantly rotating. When parents raise legitimate concerns, they are often called into the office and subjected to gaslighting made to feel as if the problem is their fault. Accountability is nonexistent. My poor child was doing a dance for his friends to see, and this immature kid took a…read morephoto of him and posted him on social media.My kid is very bothered by this and has told his principal about it and the principal hasn't done anything! My kid told me the child who took a photo of him without his consent is named Kristin Butler. I do not recommend this school because the staff doesn't do anything about kids having their phones out and taking pictures of people without their consent. I hope the kid who took pictures of my child without consent get the consequences he deserves.
