He said they were working on a tow and it would be 75-105 minutes. So I said ok. After waiting 2 hours I called to check the status and the guy said "based off of our last conversation I didn't think you wanted my tow service" I said "no, I didn't say that" he said "I know you didn't say that. That's what I thought" I said "I want the tow service. Thank you" and that conversation ended. I Immediately received a text from my Insurance company stating that he CANCELLED my request!
