The three-month package was affordably priced at $70 per month for unlimited classes. They are located inside the circle city industrial complex which makes it an easy 10 minute drive from just about anywhere in downtown Indy and features free parking. Every teacher I have encountered has been incredibly friendly and creative in how they build out and team their classes. The space offers a clean changing room and bathroom as well as cubbies to store your shoes and purse. The only drawback is that there are no windows into the classroom making it more of a dark setting which can be a benefit for some :-) depends on which you prefer! Overall the price and experience is hard to beat. Grateful to be back in the groove!

NEW OWNER ALERT! SAME BURNING WORKOUT!…read more Now that I have your attention, here's a quick update. Since my last review, ownership has changed but it's still the same inside and out. Shayna is running things now and in the last few weeks my friend has gotten me back out on Tuesdays (when I'm not playing volleyball) for Hip hop/Trap Cycle. Still the same intense workout and she will gladly take suggestions on what we want to hear for future sessions. Go check it out and get your sweat on. The website is constantly updated with the schedule so there's no excuse!

I've missed cycling and it's taken me a long while to get back to CycleBar due to Covid. I…read morepurchased a 10-pack of classes from Groupon and followed the instructions to email the studio. By the next day I had a response and my app notes the classes available. Classes are available every day, from early morning to evening. Weekends are morning only and they fill up quickly. You can register in advance (and need to), but only a week ahead. On the day of your class I would recommend getting there a few minutes early to get on your shoes, grab a locker, hit the restroom, etc. Lockers are free to use. Bring a water bottle too, they have a fountain for quick refills. Clip shoes are provided and I highly recommend using them. Don't forget your socks! Note: masks are not required here and honestly I am not sure how you'd feel wearing one. The room is warm and you are going to be breathing fairly hard. People don't wear them coming or going either. If you aren't comfortable with that environment yet, I'd recommend skipping CycleBar. You'll have a few minutes before class to set up your bike. I'd also recommend grabbing a cleaning wipe and wiping down the bike. This used to be a practice done by the studio but I noticed this is no longer the case. The bike can be adjusted in 4 spots - the height and position of the seat, the height and position of the handle bar. I would take a picture or memorize your setting for next time. It matters to your ride. The instructor will assist if you ask. The class is done in dimmed lights (thank you). It lets you focus on the music and your lit up monitor. The instructor is easy to spot at the front of the room and the mirrors help. It is intense from the first minute to last. INTENSE. A lot of the classes cycle out of the seat but it's a personal choice how much you want to do that. Personally I hate it and can't keep up the power so I often sit back into the saddle. You'll also have one song using a small body bar for arm work (look for it on the front of the bike). Great facilities available, from two restrooms and another two showers. Towels put on every bike. Lobby with limited merchandise. Private parking lot. You can purchase a membership or class packages.

Taylor means business from the start. Best energy, music, cueing. I was dripping with sweat by song 2. As an instructor in Chicagoland this was a major treat to try your studio. I really wanted to love Cycle Bar…read more I have friends that love Cyclebar and it is true that the dangerously loud classes come from a select few coaches.. not all. Great amenities, helpful staff, fantastic package deals. What I couldn't move past was the ear drum bursting (literally) music during the class. The class was so loud that my eardrums both burst and bled. I felt extremely faint and disheveled after the class. It's took a few hours and an emergency trip to get back to feeling normal-ish. Since my first class last year, my ears haven't been the same and there are challenges hearing. My experience is not everyone's but I feel being transparent about the noise is important. I don't want anyone with sensitivity to noise to have a bad experience or waste their time. The staff was kind to extend my package, as it took a few months to work up the energy to visit again and finish the 10 class package. I was desperate to cycle - as my two blown out knees couldn't handle other forms of fitness. I tried to finish the package but had to stop due to the painfully loud classes. I want to share that the staff took my situation seriously and found a specific bike AWAY from the speakers. My remaining classes were spent on that bike and with ear plugs. Outside of the painfully loud classes, I loved Cyclebar and wish it would have worked out.
