Boy, I was so wrong! By my second week, I felt tone on areas that I never knew existed. My back is toner Yaaaaas. This week, I was sweating after one class and by the second class, my body was so sore. It's that good feel sore, ya know, that you knew you had a good workout sore. The ladies/trainers are wonderful! I'm not sure how they remember everyone names, but they are good at it. They are very helpful and make sure you're doing your forms right. For sure, expect that they'll help you out, some touchy-feely moments, and will give you some worthwhile workouts. Gotta check Bar Method out!

I've been at this location a little over 2 years now and didn't think I could love it more. They've continued to run things smoothly given the ongoing pandemic and provided a safe, welcoming and fun environment for the members. I recently got to participate in a celebration for some challenge finishers and we were blessed with the presence of the owner (who no longer lives in state) and other instructors. It was great to see them all just as proud of the finishers as the finishers themselves. Everyone from member - instructor - owner are the sweetest gals. Nobody makes you feel any less of a member than someone who is there occasionally to someone who hits major milestones. There is lots of laughing, but lots of pushing to your limits as well. There's a class and modification options for every level. You might leave a class without sweating and you might leave a class needing a wheelchair (in a good way). hehe Have I convinced you yet? I'd love to see your smiling face (once you can take off your mask) in the studio. If you visit, tell them I sent ya!

i almost don't want to write this review so i can gate keep them lol. i found this studio from…read moreresearching pilates near me, and it is such a hidden gem!! the most affordable unlimited membership i've found (pilates, yoga, and barre). the instructors are truly so kind, and with the small class size it's easy for it to feel like personal training! they are inclusive of all people which i really appreciate. you can tell its a business run out of love, which is pretty hard to come by these days. so grateful i was able to find this place!

Think twinkle lights, calm music, and sound bowls. I really appreciated the instructor who made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what to expect from the hour long sound bath experience. If I hadn't had my coffee that morning, it would've been very easy to fall asleep. She has comfortable padded mats already laid out but recommends bringing a pillow and blankets and showing up in cozy clothes. This experience was wonderful and I really hope to do it again. Highly recommend!

It is on the second floor of the building, but they send thorough directions to you before attending your first class. Some people have been coming here for 2k+ classes - there are some real devotees here which means they must be doing something right! Classes are a little more expensive than other studios in my opinion, but you are buying into a high quality studio. Also, I felt like this was a more wide-range age demographic as far as students. While Pure Barre to me feels more like 20-something year olds, I liked that this was a more diverse age demographic.

Strongly not recommend this place, it's super easy to sign up for a membership but extremely hard…read moreto cancel because it has ridiculous policies:1) you cannot cancel without paying for 3 months, 2) the only way you can cancel is through email, not phone call, not face to face confirmation 3) You have to write an email to their takes-Long-to-reply email and cancel 30 days before the next subscription; 4) the owner agrees that face-to-face cancellation equals a valid cancellation but refuse to refund because apparently she values the $129 more than integrity.

The experience kicked off in the best of ways with a very friendly welcome and tour of the space. I was really impressed by how large their building as in how many rooms and classes they were able to host at the same time. they offer a small shopping area three dressing rooms and several different weights to coordinate with different classes. My particular visit was for the hot stretch class which included intense stretching in a heated room for 30 minutes. It seemed that this was just what my body needed after a few days of spin classes. Note that if you do not have a mat, you can rent theirs for two dollars as well as towels and water bottles. I also appreciated that their first sample class was only eight dollars for new customers. Often times the $20 for a first class at other studios makes it a bit too much when you don't know what you're getting into.
