Majority of leagues take place during the fall/winter seasons. They also do training camps for youths pretty much year round. Snack bar has a few snacks available for purchase, with burgers and nachos being the main type fare. The beer selection is primarily domestic, so if you're looking for craft or imported beers this is not your place. Bleachers and floor are all new for 2018, and they look/feel fantastic! New bleachers are 'closed' type bleachers, so drinks, balls, etc do not fall between the levels making it difficult to recover. There are three main courts up front (primary courts for leagues/KIVA camps) with two in the back (that also include drop down basketball courts, though I've never seen them used and I've been playing there for almost ten years). The group that owns/runs this place are phenomenal. Anyone that has played in the Louisville area knows the Kordes name, and they do a solid job running this facility overall. For indoor volleyball in the area, there is no better place to go.

They have a huge parking lot - it's fairly hectic with families leaving and coming in so hold tight to little hands. 10 & under are free, kids above that are $2 and adults are $5. They have separate entrances for players and cheerleaders. Inside are multiple courts and a large concession for food and snacks. It's chaotic and confusing, but they do have an information desk that holds the schedules for the night's games. They must play 15-20 games on the same night! My son and I watched a game on court A, which is large and has lots of leg room. We then watched another on a smaller court and it wasn't nice seats but instead bleachers. Super tight space. Most people weren't masked but with this crowd I'd highly recommend it. Stay safe!

So we are about halfway through the spring session and all I can say is...why didn't I do this sooner?! My team is more of an "A for Effort" team. We are here for fun and beer, and we have a lot of heart. But I cannot tell you how great of a time I am having! The beer is affordable, the courts are clean, the refs are on point. I have come in the past, before joining a team, to watch other friends play. I have enjoyed myself on both sides of the field there! I am excited for every game, and am looking forward to coming league sessions!

St Stephen Martyr athletic gym located in the Audobon neighborhood of Lousiville Kentucky and is…read morelocated on a side road called Pindell Which is a cross road of Preston Highway. The facility is the home to St Stephen Martyr but is uniquely located across the road from the campus on with its own private parking lot and setup. The gym is really large and boasts the space and setup for multiple indoor gymnasium sports and also sports a pretty nice outdoor playground. My main reason for visiting was supporting my daughters volleyball team who plays in the CSAA youth leagues for local Lousiville private schools. Setup inside was nice and court was in good conditions. Concessions Where open and it was an inviting game time atmosphere. No real complaints from Me.

LSA is a nice facility that hosts a variety of sports and athletic events. You can play pickle…read moreball, volleyball, tennis, swim, soccer, and probably other things of which I'm not even aware. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices aren't too high, the only reason I don't rate LSA higher than 3 stars is due to the parking, particularly during big events. The parking is slim and during the larger events they can't fit enough cars in their parking lot and have to use the condos next door for overflow parking, which fills up pretty quick too.
