Sean, the assistant manager, knows my name and always smiles and says hello. This goes a long way in my book. At the big box gyms, you're just a face in a million. I always come on my lunch hour to lift and never have issues getting to any piece of equipment. The have a great weight room with a large selection of machines and free weights. The equipment is older and not shiny and new, but it's all functional and safe, so who cares? The cardio selection is decent, lots of treadmills, several ellipticals, lots of bikes and a few stair masters. I can't speak to their classes, I've never taken any. The sauna is nice and hot as hell. Locker rooms are older, but again, functional. All around, this is a highly recommended facility. Speaking as a woman that frequently works out alone, I very much enjoy my time at CTF and look forward to working out now more than ever.

I first did WW online only to start healthier eating habits and lose some weight gained in college…read more I saw success, but the weight crept back up thanks to the food counter at work and other temptations I caved into. I recommitted to WW and changed my subscription to Meetings + Digital. It's more money per month, but I've found meetings to be so instrumental on my journey. My favorite coach is Terri M. She lost more than 100 lbs on WW and has kept it off. She knows the program personally and motivates us to take care of ourselves and focus on our "why." Yes, WW is about losing weight and you weigh in before meetings BUT the meetings and content focus on you as a holistic person. Example: this week's workshop focused on 10 ways to de-stress during the holidays. I've gotten to know a few of the regulars that attend the same meeting as me, and those people combined with the inspirational leaders keep me coming back and finding success. This is a welcoming and supportive environment to help you on your health journey! *I have a code for a free month of WW if you're wanting to try it out, commitment free!
