I've gotten to push myself and try movements I'm not used to 3. THE COACHES! Honestly the coaches are the best and make sure you're prepared for the workout, talk you through modifications to the exercises, etc. The class can be as challenging as you make it! 4. The group setting. It's so much more motivating (for me at least) to work out with a group with others pushing you. NapTown has so much more to offer than group fitness, too - yoga, nutrition, community events, workshops, etc. They've taken so many steps to help mitigate the pandemic, including virtual class options and designated workout space clearly marked out on the floor. They've been so communicative through the entire ordeal. Between the members-only Facebook page and weekly newsletter, I always feel informed about happenings and updates at the gym. While LA does have more to offer, I never felt comfortable working out there. So many lunk heads and judgey stares. From the minute I walked in, I knew it would be a completely different experience. Sean, the assistant manager, knows my name and always smiles and says hello. This goes a long way in my book. At the big box gyms, you're just a face in a million. I always come on my lunch hour to lift and never have issues getting to any piece of equipment. The have a great weight room with a large selection of machines and free weights. The equipment is older and not shiny and new, but it's all functional and safe, so who cares? The cardio selection is decent, lots of treadmills, several ellipticals, lots of bikes and a few stair masters. I can't speak to their classes, I've never taken any. The sauna is nice and hot as hell. Locker rooms are older, but again, functional. All around, this is a highly recommended facility. Speaking as a woman that frequently works out alone, I very much enjoy my time at CTF and look forward to working out now more than ever.

The owner and my trainer, Kelsey, are so accommodating and flexible to my needs as a Frequent Flyer Fitness Failure - with years of trying to get in shape on my own.
