I arrived just one minute late due to traffic, and the receptionist immediately told me the class had started and I couldn't join. There was no greeting and no offer to reschedule, just a flat "you're late" and that was it. As a first-timer, this felt alienating especially when already stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new. I felt dismissed, and it made me less inclined to ever recommend this place to others. While I understand the importance of punctuality, a warm and welcoming attitude is always important. The way I was treated left a lasting negative impression.

And it is worth every single penny! Every class feels like a mix between a comedy show, a workout, and a mild exorcism. The instructors are basically personal trainers with main character energy -- they'll destroy your quads, hype you up like a rockstar, and still make you laugh mid-burpee. I came here for fitness. I stayed because therapy is more expensive, and honestly, my abs haven't stopped crying (or laughing) since. You'll never regret walking in the doors.
