This is the largest Real Canadian Superstore I've ever been too. It's got a HUGE range of products…read more- not just groceries - including big appliances and houseware items. It's clean and staff are friendly. On site, they have a pharmacy, optometrist, Mobile Shop, and a Tim Hortons too! Lots of parking. Hopefully they will carry more T&T (Asian) products in the future! Also, they should open the other doors for more efficient traffic flow.

I was called disgusting and kicked out by the customer service lady and manager just for returning it. If anyone is disgusting, it's the people that served me today. They don't even make the cakes by hand here; they're frozen and brought in bulk. Don't waste your money--buy a fresh cake from an actual bakery. I would give a 0/5 if I had the option. Terrible customer service at the Milton location (John's No Frills). I have been a customer for…read moreseveral years. I order groceries for pickup every single week. About 5-6 weeks ago my husband went to pickup our weekly order and on his way home he realized there were items missing. He then went back to the store and the cashier told him he was not supposed to pickup the order because the payment didn't go through. However the order had been packed and they sent a notification confirming it was ready for pickup, how does that even make sense? My husband had already left the store, and came back because there were items missing. He asked the cashier to provide a receipt showing the payment didn't go through and the cashier rudely refused and started yelling at him, even condescendingly told him he didn't know how online orders and payment worked. When asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. She escalated the situation to a point my husband just asked to cancel the order and insisted for her to provide a receipt. Once he got home I reviewed the receipt in detail and realized the payment didnt go through because the store made a mistake in entering an item, and instead of punching in 500g of green beans they punched in 5kg!!!! bringing the order total above the limit pre- approved. A week later I tried to place our weekly grocery order as usual, and to my surprise my account has now been disabled and when I inquired they now tell me it's due to "internal security". My account is in good standing, no balance or payments due. Credit card also in good standing, so it seems the store just decided to block our account just because that lady has very poor customer service skills and no manners whatsoever. When I called the call centre they are also basically useless. Way to go #PCExpress you have lost a loyal customer.
