This is the largest Real Canadian Superstore I've ever been too. It's got a HUGE range of products - not just groceries - including big appliances and houseware items. It's clean and staff are friendly. On site, they have a pharmacy, optometrist, Mobile Shop, and a Tim Hortons too! Lots of parking. Hopefully they will carry more T&T (Asian) products in the future! Also, they should open the other doors for more efficient traffic flow. read more

Great place to do shopping and grocery. This is really great neighbourhood area. Milton is amazing.

This RCSS has a very large selection of natural and organic products. However it's not all necessarily in the same aisle so you will also need to look in the mainstream aisle as well if you are looking for something specific. Their tofu and meatless meats are also together in bunkers with the rest of the meets and cheese which is convenient to walk around. The store layout: very spacious and very clean. There is always a lot of space for you to push your cart around without hitting the products in the alleys or bumping into customers. The assortment: they have a bit of ethnic products but it's not very well organised. Again some products maybe in the ethnic aisle but some maybe in the mainstream aisle as well so if you're looking it may be best to ask an associate. I also like that this location has a wine section thats pretty extensive which is very convenient. The service: I also find that I am always looking to ask an associate for help since this store is so large. Surprisingly tho the associates, though they may only be part time, are usually very helpful and am able to direct me to what I am looking for The cash registers: I personally prefer to use the self checkout since there are usually no line ups. It's got a good selection, and it's close by. Sure, it isn't cheap, but it's not crazy expensive. They're open late, so if you need pretty much anything you can get it there. Unless you want smokes or porn, then you have to go to a Mac's Milk. But they have lottery tickets. And wine. They sell clothes, and apparently you hipsters like that Joe Fresh stuff. Good for you! Although I'm not sure I'd buy underpants from the same place I get my onions and chicken soup. They have a good selection of soups, of some degree of freshness, and there are fresh cooked chicken and ribs. You can get groceries or dinner to go. Or a DVD player. You can get your passport picture taken. Lots of stuff. There is also a health club upstairs of some kind, so there are yummy mummies strolling in and out in yoga pants. That almost earned this place another star. The bitch who parked her SUV in the Hybrid parking spot and left a passive aggressive note attached to the sign almost lost it one. It's not a bad store. Really. I sometimes enjoy these one-stop-shop-I'm-gonna-compete-with-WalMart kinda places. Unfortunately, they sometimes miss the mark. The store is huge and you can find almost anything in here. Unfortunately, I usually walk into this store expecting to do my groceries and I end up not finding all of the food that I need. Maybe I'm fickle, but, there have been times when they didn't have any Jasmine Rice (and not just an out-of-stock-for-a-week kinda thing). With hours of operations of 7am-11am everyday, it's sometimes worth the hassle. They have a decently sized grocery section (with a couple of misses in my opinion), a good sized JOE FRESH, a photo studio, a pharmacy, a floral department, a PC Financial Pavilion and a room upstairs for cooking classes (always fun). Not that great a place for groceries. Everything is almost always overpriced at the Milton location in comparison to the Mississauga location two highway exists down the 401. The patrons are awful at the location and have zero manners what so ever. I also find it hard to find an employee that knows what they're doing at this location. All in all, won't be coming here for groceries when there are so many better options in Milton and surrounding areas. read more

We are Canadians who have lived in the American midwest for 25 years. We are from Ontario. We are in our late 60's. We came for a visit this January. I went to this store to get some plastic beer cups for our use at the hotel. I have one item. It is about 9:30 pm. The 1-12 line has 2 people. The 2nd person has 20 items it looks like. She probably thought it was not busy and she would be through quickly. EXCEPT the 1st person is busy negotiating price using his cell phone. So I move to another cash register with my 1 item. But in this there is another guy negotiating prices with the cashier. Unbelievable. Finally he finishes and I have my turn so she rings my sale and I insert my AMEX card which does not charge exchange fees and find out this store doesn't accept AMEX So I said I don't need them that badly. Service is disgraceful. If you let people negotiate prices then give them their own line. It is stupid My recommendation. DON'T SHOP AT SUPERSTORE. read more

Be careful buying iTunes card or any gift card here. They may not work and you will be out cash & they don't give refunds! On the bill quote. "Card will be activated within 24 hrs Do not redeem or attempt balance inquiry any time prior to, or card may become void. Cards are non-refundable." I was told only after purchase by cashier & manager I have to wait 24 hrs. It won't activate to be useful. Nuts to that :( What a ripoff. I don't really like this location. Due to the demographics of Milton, this place gets super crowded with kids and families on the weekends; and they don't tend to behave themselves. They tend to haul huge carts filled with lots of food. As a result, the store often is out of stock of key items like produce. Also, items that are in sale tend to get depleted very fast. It's very hard to get Click and Collect appointments here as well. I no longer shop here, despite living close by. The nearby Mississauga location at Winston Churchill and Argentia offers a much more pleasant shopping experience. read more

Conveniently located besides Go station with plenty of parking. Their fruits fresh produce is always better than Walmart and so is the bakery. But they always seem to run out of grounded meat! Cashiers are always professional and quite tidy place. There's a walk-in clinic, a decent flower shop & pharmacy. And they also seem to respect weekly deals and price match. I went to this pharmacy to do refill for my dad heart's medication : The worst experience ever .. THE WRONG PEOPLE IN THE WRONG PLACE... After like 10 times back and forth for my dad medication ( Carvedilol , a very critical heart medication ) , the PHARMACIST (with the short curly hair) said we tried several attempts to verify the medication with ur doctor and we GAVE UP ! Our hands are tide . I told her : I'm going to contact my doctor from my end and you please keep trying . She said : NO , no more trials from our side !!!!! We GAVE UP .. Good supermarket, close and decent prices. Selection is good through produce is hot or miss sometimes on quality. Best to go beginning of the week for fruits. I like the pc plus program though which offers great savings for future purchases. read more

Don't shop here. Hey Yelp you need to invent a zero for these guys. They don't have the best prices and they don't have the best quality or service. What's the draw, pc point? It's not worth the points. Additionally instead of being a good community member, they are policing their parking lot so GO trainers don't park there. That part of their lot is never full. For my whole family this is considered the "Stupid Store". Even though this only pertains to the ridiculous parking and shape of the entire area, it can still relate to the sloppy shopping experience. When you finally get through the twists and turns of the outside, you have to deal with the maze on the inside. Maybe it's just being used to the "old Milton" feel, but this place just seems overpriced and exhausting. It's just to much work to look for something they don't have. I'm still giving this 3 stars because I think Milton needs this with all the newbies moving to Milton, this place will suit your big city shopping needs. read more

Located centrally in milton, is right beside the GO station so it makes stopping to pick something up for dinner pretty convenient after work. They are pretty much a one stop shop, but don't have nearly as many items as walmart. The variety would give this place 3 stars but the pc plus points program bumps it up to 4 stars - I like that I get points towards free stuff in the store. read more

I have been a regular shopper with the Milton Superstore for many years. Last Thursday, I had finally after 6 months found Lysol wipes. I took 4 containers to stock up for back to school thinking I will likely never find these again, any time soon. While loading my groceries, the cashier next to mine, decided to demand my cashier to remove 2 of the Lysol wipes stating I am only allowed a total of 2. My cashier didn't want to do that, so she pushed my cart back and grabbed it off my belt stating that her customer wanted 2 of them. When I initially took mine of the shelf the shelves were completely full. I had seen that customer shopping with me, so 100% they were made available when she was shopping. At this point I was in complete shock as to what she was doing. I told her that there was no limit posted as there had been in the past. She stated very loudly we are trying to "catch you kind of people" who are doing this, as if I was stealing. The way this was handled, and the behavior of this cashier was disgusting and if she doesn't value her job she should leave and allow someone who actually possess customer service skills to have the job. I spoke to the manager, he confirmed there was no longer a limit on items, and I was waiting on a response this past Monday. Today I called, and was advised he is no longer with this store. I completely understand the inconsiderate behavior of some who may hoard, without any consideration of others. I took 4, not 20. I want to share this story so another customer doesn't get treated the way I did. it was humiliating. If collectively the cashiers are trying to catch us as customers for a rule which isn't even mandated any longer, why haven't they been educated to the new rule?? read more

This has to be the worst Superstore I have ever been in. The manager Cathy was very rude and racist and staffs are very bad behavior. The Customer Service is ridiculous. I bought two lobsters; the staffs deliberately chose two dead ones. Which we ask them for different ones before the lobsters is steamed. They picked out different lobsters and asked us to come back in 15 minutes to be steamed. When we went to pick the lobsters, he gave us two cold lobsters from the refrigerator and I saw the original the lobsters still on the table. We were paying for FRESH lobsters. I asked why they purposely give us the wrong products so we want to see your manager. He brought us to see manager Cathy, she refuses to listen to anything and just say "you come to this country, you have to follow this rule". I told her you are the manager and should listen the customer explain the process, she did not want hear and told us to leave their superstore. We didn't even check out on the other groceries before she showed us the door. Most upsetting mother's day. I won't step in another superstore again and I hope no one else either. read more

We do our grocery shopping here every week. It is convenient, has all we need, love the PC products, is huge, and spacious. The first time I went I didn't know that they didn't have (ie: didn't even sell) plastic bags. I had to put all my groceries one by one back into the cart and then into my car, and home. The next few times it was difficult to remember to bring our own bags - we'd go to another store instead. Even still sometimes we forget. I'm all for reducing waste and being environmentally friendly but there should be a cheaper way of getting a bag if you forget your own, then to purchase a reusable bag for $1 each. read more

This Superstore is huge and does have everything you'll need. It is a little crowded all the time in the parking lot. They do have sales and good deals going on all the time, just have to look for them. It's good for grocery shopping or just stopping by to grab something for lunch. The bakery always makes something fresh throughout the day. They do have lots of extra things inside like a Tim Hortons, Dry Cleaners, A gym upstairs, a clinic and more. They do have a self check-out as well if you're in a rush. read more
