Quick, easy, comfortable, with minimal pain. I love it and she was so funny and made the whole experience so enjoyable. From the second Korynn called me to the back it took about 10 minutes to do my tattoo. She was very efficient and very sweet. This is just a kiosk in the mall- so I was pleasantly surprised at their customer service. I love the earrings I got and I got a call telling me I forgot my old earring backs at their counter, so I went back today to pick them up. They could've easily just thrown the old backs away, but they didn't and called. I bought the newer backs that lock for my old and my new earrings and it works great. So I will go here again because they did a great job in taking care of me.
