After a run in with a bad jeweler while my mom had the ring, the entire band was pretty much destroyed. Though it was my original engagement ring, as I always wanted, we didn't have time before hand to get it repaired. Thankfully, I took a leap of faith and dropped it off with the owner. He checked everything out in person, went over what would be done with me, and verified price. Upon picking it up I was blown away with how amazing it looked! With the new band blending in perfectly as if it was the original, and the entire thing cleaned. I plan on going back within the next month or two to get the missing small 9 stones replaced.

She walked me through options & processes in a way that made me feel important & heard. The only memento I have from my childhood is a ring that belonged to my grandmother. Leaving it today to be refinished is the first time it has been out of my possession since my grandfather left it to me before he passed away. Having my grandmothers ring renewed at an affordable price point so that it can be with me every day is exactly what I needed. Deb, if you see this, I am so grateful for you. Thank You for all of your help & words of encouragement today. You're a true gem.

Their selection isn't the best, but what do you expect, it's a pawn shop. Prices are average, but when compared to Good Guys Gun's up the street, ALWAYS come here first. I'm sure they have other crap here too but I only go for the firearms selection. Comfortable, friendly, and a decent selection. This is one of two gun stores I've ever been to where I never have to wait for service or to have my questions answered. If I wasn't so picky I would shop here a lot more often then I do already.

Emerald was chipped while in their possession. (The store manager after his inspection said the stones were "perfect" that they just needed polished up.) I have the receipt where it was not damaged. 5) The other ring the shank was destroyed and has to be replaced. 6) Charged $69/ring for resizing instead of the quoted $57. 7) Manager would not get off the call from his boyfriend to service us.
