They made me call to get the referral corrected, giving me a bunch of technical medical jargon to tell the referral department. This is something they should have done and they knew it but were just too lazy to be bothered it seems. Regardless I get it done and even though they promised to let him have his original appointment if I got it done that day (I got it done in less than an hour) they rescheduled him for yet another month out. So now we are at four months just to see this doctor for a meet and greet all the while his condition is getting worse by the day. So we waited, my niece took the day off from work to take him and we find out that they called him on Friday to confirm (his appointment for Monday) and because we didn't return the call that same day they just up and canceled his appointment. Calling as soon as they open on Monday wasn't good enough! SMH!!! Who does that? They are the ONLY doctor who does that and it is obviously for greed reasons. Whatever, I ask to reschedule and she says she can call me if something becomes available tomorrow (we have to arrange transportation, etc. we can't just up and go) so I say no can we just have an appointment scheduled out further? I also add that they shouldn't book new clients on Fridays if they are going to just cancel seeing as they are closed for call backs on Sat/Sun. She clapped back, "Oh you could leave a message" so they check them on their day off? Who knew? Then she rudely suggested (because how dare me be upset) that we could call our referring doctor and get a different neurologist. I said, yeah I think we will because you all are a bunch of -----bleeps! and hung up the phone. AnywhOo, that is exactly what we will be doing along with a complaint to his insurance company. These people only care about one thing and it isn't patients. What is really sad is that they deal with people who have brain issues with zero compassion. They have clients who may not always be able to call back within their given time frame NOT TO MENTION how much time and preparation goes into getting to one of these appointments! If I had not called Monday morning as soon as they opened we could have ended up going and being turned away! Not okay----- again, my niece took the day off from work, my husband can hardly walk, someone has to dress him, etc to get there SMH it is a ton of work! There is NO CARE for that or that my husband actually needs to see the doctor instead of playing games with an incompetent and uncaring front office staff. Avoid these jokers if you can.

Office staff has decent people skills, but needs more training in execution of duties. Received multiple reminders for different appt times. One reminder came at 7am! Too early to be getting those kind of calls! A few times, they called, it rang twice and then they just hung up, noting in the file that there was "no answer". Yay, riiiight... Not having this issue anywhere else, so...it's not my phone! Wait times are nothing short of silly. They intentionally overbook, so they are always behind. I don't have time for such nonsense. Not sure what the prior reviews are about, but if you read all the paperwork that you sign, the office policies are very straight forward. Like him or not, he is a very good diagnostician. I recently met with Dr. Roberts for the first time to go over a chronic five year undiagnosed…read moreproblem involving an acute skin irritation. I had consulted specialists over the years, including multiple Dermatologists, allergists, primary care doctor, rheumatologists and a neurologist and a had a biopsy, all came up with NOTHING. They all recommended I see another specialist, I was left with a "rash-less itch" effecting my scalp, ears and chest. Dr. Roberts suggested I go on an elimination diet because she suspected it could be a food allergy. I actually doubted this diagnosis but I was desperate so I went on the elimination diet which isn't fun, I noticed no improvement for a week and a half andI had little confidence that it would work. Then suddenly the itching ceased!!! Basically a 90% improvement!!I It's been a month now. I have added back things on the elimination diet and I am now convinced it is a reaction to something that I am eating. In my first euphoria of not having the itch. I estimated it was 90% better. I would now more accurately, describe it as varying day-to-day depending on what I've eaten from 80 to 90% better which is still an incredible improvement on my life because it also had a positive affect on my sleep, aches and pains of arthritis and seasonal allergies. All have gotten noticeably better. In hindsight, it seems like a simple solution, but apparently it wasn't that simple because all the other specialists for five years simply recommended seeing another specialist. I owe Dr. Roberts great debt of gratitude. 5 stars.
