So need some NFA engraving done. There is a place closer to me, but they are known for inferior work. Gave Etchus a try and I'm very very happy with the work. Elana was very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with the job done. I decided to give ETCHUS a try after reaching out to several engraving businesses. The other engravers in the area were awfully rude and if your vision didn't align with theirs... they didn't want to do the work. I met with Scott to design two 30 oz Yet Cups. One design was straight forward, the other was a herculean effort. Both images were business logos. The cost of getting these images converted to a vector image is pretty pricey, and considering it's a gift and not my business he could tell I didn't want to shell out the additional cash for a vector image. Scott came up with this funny idea to prank call/text my brother in law (BIL) (cup was made for him) and tricked him into sending over a vector. This was great, cause if I would have asked my BIL it would have triggered some questions and give away the surprise. Days later, the engraving was done and I went to pick up the final product. Wow... I was very impressed. I dropped off an additional Yeti and a set of Airpods the next day for additional engraving work to be done. Again... I was extremely impressed. This time it was Elana that walked me through and the service was great from start to finish. I highly recommend ETCHUS.
