First timer . Was waking by and wanted to have breakfast and found this place .. from outside it didn't look like a breakfast spot but once I entered , it looked huge and good . Wow . Lots and lots of space inside .. I think they have many options here - including salad bar , sandwiches etc .. I ordered bagel cream cheese .. wanted it toasted but not much toasted . Wasn't much expensive : was about 3.50$ .. billing was quick . Bagel could have been better . I also saw others buying wraps etc. coffee was good . Overall a good spot for breakfast ... 4 stars ..

Absolutely adorable and convenient eatery. I love the options here, you can either get food from the buffet, they have a grill bar, fruit bar, cold food section, hot sections, etc. you can get Korean snacks, there's also like a cafe part, I'm not too sure but there's about everything here. I got food from the buffet and I practically got a variety of everything. What left an impression was The pasta and the chicken cutlet. It was so good I'm still thinking about it. The service here is fast but when you do get food from the buffet the small containers are $12.99 and they do have a service charge for card that they did not inform me about. It ended up being $15 but after I paid I saw it was $16. But still, I would come back here and try more of the foods

Eggs, spinach mushrooms pico de gallo and bacon and cheese on a whole wheat wrap! So yummy and a hash brown on the side.

Usually here 2-3 times a week. I purchase breakfast majority of the time. Always upon entering greeted by a very pleasant woman. She's always happy and smiling. One of the reasons why I stop in. The food is so good. I usually have some kind of egg sandwich and coffee. Today I built my own wrap! It's nicely lit inside and quiet. They have a busy lunch crowd. And they have a little of everything. So whether you're in the mood for sushi, a sandwich, burger, ramen or even Buffett they have it all.

New place in town, I see. Decided to stop in, and they were busy. I decided to get the shrimp fired rice, which was pretty good. Not to big on peas, but it was still good. Rice was a little burnt, and you could taste it, but it was still good. They have a lot of good-looking food options to choose from. I will definitely go back when I'm in that area

ETC is one of those "get whatever you want" type of places. Can get anything from sandwiches to buffet to sushi to salad to thai food to even snacks/drinks. Has a multipurpose type of feel to it, something all too common in places around Manhattan. While you can get whatever you like, that doesn't mean everything is great. The Cauliflower Melt was an example of that. It had promise, but I realized the cauliflower was of the steamed variety. Problem with that is the cauliflower is just way too hard and bland. I wish they had a grilled cauliflower there as it would be a better complement to the provolone cheese and the peppers (which are pretty spicy). Also, it looks like the price is now $10.95 instead of $9.95 as listed on the board. Bad look for price deception.

I like making my own salads and smoothies since I have it down to a science at ETC because of how many times I have ordered, just forgot to take photos of other dishes. They have a lot to choose from.

I love all the things this place has to offer!!! So amazed and surprised! Stepped in for a bottle of water and tbh it blew my mind! You can find all korean misc, all ready to go food, snacks and hot stations... I would be here everyday for lunch if I work somewhere near! Will def come and try their noodle soup! They looked

I pass by this place everyday on the way to work and I've never gone in. I decided to come here on a random Wednesday morning on the way to work. This place probably has the largest hot/cold buffet in the neighborhood. The buffet variety is just incredible. It's $10.99/lb which is the average. I got a banana pancake, two sausages, and two mozzarella sticks. They also had French toast, bread pudding, wraps, and breakfast sandwiches. They had avocados stuffed with quinoa and egg, which is good that they have healthy options. The buffet looked clean and well labeled. I liked that they had plastic and cardboard takeout containers. They also have made to order options: grill, deli, salad, and Asian food if you don't want buffet. I would come back and check out their lunch options.

I knew ETC was one of those goto places to grab your own food and go, but this place is more, Action figures, toys, collectible, NY memorabilia. I spot a buffet bar, salad bar, fruit bar, a grill, hot a cold sandwiches. cook to order breakfast and lunch counters, sandwich counter, dessert & bakery, snacks, sushi bar, Asian station, and I think I saw a draft beer bar. I and didn't cover it all. There is also an outdoor table section too.

The name fits the bill. They literally have everything here. You can get lunch, snacks, desserts, gum, whatever your heart desires. Needed a quick snack so stopped by for some pastries and macaroons. These type of places are quintessential NYC and since it is next to the Empire State Building it gets a lot of foot traffic. I would come back but don't think they specialize in anything.

This place is amazing! They offer a very large, hot and cold food bar, soups, burgers, Asian food, sandwiches plus a whole lot more. Literally a one stop shop for lunch. They even have a small candy store department. Their hot and cold food bar is $9.99 a pound. I literally filled up on their fish baked salmon and baked Basa. Ok and also some Mac and cheese :) . Their fish tasted as good as it looked. Delicious and it was really cooked perfectly. It seems like this place can really accommodate anyone's specific diet. Well except if you eat kosher. I didn't see any Kosher selections. I normally don't eat from food bars this late in the day but this place was really so clean and the food looked very fresh. The best thing about food bars is that you can have a bit of everything. They really offered a nice selection of food. This is one of my new go to places when I am in the area.

Lots of candy, breakfast items, sandwiches, Korean food items and snacks. Nice, quick reasonably priced place without a long wait. Came in for lunch and was looking for soup. No soups. Decided on an avocado with tomato and bacon on 7 grain bread. It was delicious. It costed a little more than a Wendy's sandwich but not waiting line is totally worth it. The place is big and clean. There are hot buffets in the center. Cook food on the side. There is seating on the second floor. I didn't sit there so can't say much.

My favorite midtown deli. Their prepacked hot lunches are delicious and pretty good value for $12.

What are the hours? On google it says it closes at 3pm and on here it says 24-7?

I would call them as these days its pretty expensive to keep a business open 24 hours, with the possible exception of 7/11

There is a lot to see, and I did not have the time due to my own schedule. The man who helped us was so very nice and kind. I believe he said he is usually at their Brooklyn shop, but he was helping out in this west side of Manhattan shop. He explained about the MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION colorful, rainbow, STAR-SHAPED LOLLIPOPS near the cashier pay area. Please SEE MY PHOTOS. IT'S SUGAR has raised more than $1 MILLION DOLLARS for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, thanks to the people who bought the special lollipops; AND their goal is to raise $2 Million dollars for The Make-a-Wish Foundation. So, if you are near the store, please stop in. Buy a MAKE-A-WISH lollipop. Look around. Enjoy the candy sights you see, and make a purchase. They have Totsie Roll Pops, too!! And so much more, I have to visit again...soon! :) FOR VISITORS TO NYC--you will be near this store if you are in the Columbus Circle area, and the Lincoln Center area. And, it's a nice walk from the theatre district and the Fifth Avenue area, too. NYC is a great WALKING CITY, so, if you are heading out for the day, wear comfortable walking/running shoes, so that you can walk over and visit this shop. And, Thank You to the man from Brooklyn working at the store. Your great customer service made the visit a pleasure!

It's a heat wave and my daughter is at her college orientation. While we wait for her we've been finding creative ways to stay cool. Before heading into the shops at Columbus we headed into its sugar because we're with my 10m old and he likes looking at the lights and bright colors. I picked up a mug called "wake and bake" and asked my husband does it work and how. I then put it down. When exiting an employee in a purple shirt was kind of blocking the door. I thought that was odd but people are weird. She even almost bumped into someone trying to walk in. She then accuses me of stealing the mug. I was confused and said I put it down and continued on my way, but I'm annoyed that a company that I frequented often with my older kids would accuse me of stealing. If you were watching so closely you should have done a better job and watched me place it back down. How outrageously inappropriate it was to try and smile and play with my 10 month old while you were moments away from accusing his mother. As much as my older kids like It's Sugar I'm going to be thinking twice before purchasing anything there ever again. Maybe it's for the best and I should be supporting local businesses. I'm honestly stuck on the fact that they thought a mother pushing her infant child was attempting to steal something so wildly inappropriate.
