This is the biggest and best candy store ever. With such a huge selection, everyone will find something to like. My favorite is the Jack Daniel's Chocolate Bar, infused with globs of real liquid whisky (see pic). They card me at the cash register when I buy these. Chocolate goes well with everything. We had a good time laughing through this store. The design of the space is vibrant, fun, and cheerful. Even if you don't buy anything, the environment itself is 'eye candy' and worth a visit.

This store is huge! It's relatively new and it's right in the heart of Times Square. The first level has mostly souvenir type stuff like shirts and clothing. I didn't pay much attention to the first floor to be honest, as all of the candy is below on the basement. The basement is huge as well so plenty of space to walk around. Set up like most It's Sugars, there are sections for each candy with not only the candy but other accessories. The center of the room is where you can grab candy by weight. They have boxes too that you can literally cram full or you can just go by weight. They folks walking around to help you decide which is the best option. I tried to fill a box and when I went to check out the cashier told me it would be cheaper to just get it by weight. Nice. They didn't take advantage. Definitely a good place to fill up on snacks!

I've been to this IT'SUGAR location twice and have loved it each time. I am literally like a kid in a candy store because they have every candy that you can imagine. The first time I visited, I think I spent at least 10 minutes just looking at everything they had to offer and ended up buying various candies and a Haribo gummy bear plush. I especially enjoyed my most recent visit because of the worker interactions. One of the workers encouraged me to taste a couple of the gummy candies on the downstairs level, one being peach flavored since I told him I was from Georgia (the Georgia peach correlation will not be forgotten). Since Easter is around the corner, they had a couple stations with different Peeps products and I wish I had bought a Peeps plush. My boyfriend and I ended up purchasing peeps marshmallows, peach gummies, sour peach rings, and sour blue raspberry strips. I'm going to make it a mission to visit this store whenever I'm in town.

Huge store for candy lovers. Many different kinds and extra large portions. They also have accessories like socks, pillows, shirts and sweaters. Fun place even just to walk around in the store.

There's a large selection of candies, both common and unique (including candy from different countries). The lines for the registers move quickly, and even on a Saturday, the store isn't too packed.

This just reminds me of a candy store I used to take my child to when they were much younger. I really don't know how to review this store. It's like a big Willy Wonka store with a bunch of new and old school candy. They sell some items like shirts and slippers, pillows etc, but it's really about the candy. Hard, liquid, soft, gummy, and gel texture candy. They have crazy plus sizes of items as well. My brother wanted to buy a giant sized Charms Blow Pop, but passed on the price. Now the prices aren't too bad but you could spend a pretty penny if you're not careful. There is a smaller store on the upper east side we passed by that we may visit more frequently because I rarely shop in Times Square. My brother is in town so that was how we ended up in this particular location. I give a thumbs up and Happy Yelping!

There are no prices anywhere, and for the size of this store, 2 floors the selection is skimpy.: I got 3 small boxes of old-school candy, and when they rang me up, it was over $13, which is 2 and a half times what I would pay at the Bodega. OK Times Square, Tourist trap, what do I expect ? I expect to avoid getting charged for a small paper bag that's what I expect. One plus side, the candy was not stale oe hard.

This was a bigger version of the ones we would see at home. They had much more cute stuff and unique candies. My daughter got a sour patched gummy shaped tin can and you can fill it up with as much candy that would fit for only 19.99. We found cute socks, chocolate bars that had cool notes and stuffed toys. We also found a package of candies of Japan. My daughter had a blast and i enjoyed walking around too. I forgot the managers name but she was very nice

What a pleasant surprise! We were just walking around and happened to see this candy store. It doesn't look big from the outside but wow! We were amazed when we walked in. The smell of sugar hits hee you walk through the doors. 2 floors of candy!! I was pretty excited and I don't even eat much candy anymore. We walked out with a couple of bags filled with gifts for friends a candy for the ride home. I think it's worth a visit to get some old school candy and fun gifts.

I really love this location. I came in looking for my favorite kind of gum. They had flavors that I didn't even know existed! I don't really come here often because I'm trying to stay away from all that sugar but I love each experience and they have a gumball machine in the front, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it's still fun in my book. I also love their window display, which is colorful and cute. This location isn't their biggest but they still have a lot of great options.

Fun candy store! Nostalgic to new popular candies. Throwback to Bazooka, gushers, warheads, and really fun candy ideas you can give present or takeaway treats. Taffy, sour, spicy, and sweet candy. It was so much fun to grab a few things and explore at the same time! Staff was fast and helpful. Very casual candy store. The candy is a little pricey, but there are stuff that are on sale, too!

I had a wonderful time wandering through it's sugar. This store is incredibly spacious with brightly colored candy stations throughout the two story building. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Devon, one of the employees, even convinced me to try a licorice (which I swore I hated) and I ended up loving it! This is the perfect place to shop for presents for someone who has a sweet tooth for three major reasons. The first, I appreciated that this store had unique candies from around the world. The second, they have huge tables dedicated to specific types of candies, such as starbursts or snickers, where you can buy tee shirts or giant sized candies. The third, they will package your purchase in a cute gift bag with wrapping paper.

It's Sugar Times Square is huge. I love the variety of candy. I'm always looking for new Pez to add to my daughter's collection. This is like a Flagship Location to me. It a novelty store with some adult themed items. It's irreverent political novelty items may offend some people. They poke fun at your bodily functions and anything else they can poke fun at. I always find something to laugh about. It's a good place to visit when I need a spiritual uplifting! If you haven't been to a It's Sugar location you are in for a treat. Get your candy before a movie or before you go to the theater!

There is a lot to see, and I did not have the time due to my own schedule. The man who helped us was so very nice and kind. I believe he said he is usually at their Brooklyn shop, but he was helping out in this west side of Manhattan shop. He explained about the MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION colorful, rainbow, STAR-SHAPED LOLLIPOPS near the cashier pay area. Please SEE MY PHOTOS. IT'S SUGAR has raised more than $1 MILLION DOLLARS for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, thanks to the people who bought the special lollipops; AND their goal is to raise $2 Million dollars for The Make-a-Wish Foundation. So, if you are near the store, please stop in. Buy a MAKE-A-WISH lollipop. Look around. Enjoy the candy sights you see, and make a purchase. They have Totsie Roll Pops, too!! And so much more, I have to visit again...soon! :) FOR VISITORS TO NYC--you will be near this store if you are in the Columbus Circle area, and the Lincoln Center area. And, it's a nice walk from the theatre district and the Fifth Avenue area, too. NYC is a great WALKING CITY, so, if you are heading out for the day, wear comfortable walking/running shoes, so that you can walk over and visit this shop. And, Thank You to the man from Brooklyn working at the store. Your great customer service made the visit a pleasure!

It's a heat wave and my daughter is at her college orientation. While we wait for her we've been finding creative ways to stay cool. Before heading into the shops at Columbus we headed into its sugar because we're with my 10m old and he likes looking at the lights and bright colors. I picked up a mug called "wake and bake" and asked my husband does it work and how. I then put it down. When exiting an employee in a purple shirt was kind of blocking the door. I thought that was odd but people are weird. She even almost bumped into someone trying to walk in. She then accuses me of stealing the mug. I was confused and said I put it down and continued on my way, but I'm annoyed that a company that I frequented often with my older kids would accuse me of stealing. If you were watching so closely you should have done a better job and watched me place it back down. How outrageously inappropriate it was to try and smile and play with my 10 month old while you were moments away from accusing his mother. As much as my older kids like It's Sugar I'm going to be thinking twice before purchasing anything there ever again. Maybe it's for the best and I should be supporting local businesses. I'm honestly stuck on the fact that they thought a mother pushing her infant child was attempting to steal something so wildly inappropriate.
