Been a long time favorite of this brand but finally writing my first review. This place speaks for itself. Absolutely amazing quality and flavors. Pricier end but reasonable and worth every bit. Also love love love the samples.

We happened across a Läderach store in Vienna recently and were blown away by the quality of the chocolate. When I saw that they have multiple stores in NYC, I made sure to bookmark them so we wouldn't forget to stop for more chocolate! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is suitably fancy and bright, with many displays of their treats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was really helpful, too! Plus they often offer free samples! It's pricey, but it's worth it!

Loveeee their dark hazelnut chocolate barks and the berry white chocolate one. Definitely pricey and is a treat for me once in a while. They let you sample which is amazing. Great place to get a gift for a chocolate fan.

Laderach is one of the best chocolate I've ever had, and I am a HUGE chocolate lover. First tried their dark chocolate almond- WOW. Silky dark chocolate which is so smooth. Sweetness is perfect. And the crunch of the almonds adds perfect texture. Now they have a new vegan line with cashew milk based chocolate. Just tried the cashew milk hazelnut bar and cashew bar- both amazing. Also tried the dark chocolate pistachio. The sample vegan pack is perfect for trying out different flavors! It just tastes so good. Laderach does chocolate RIGHT. It is a little pricey at $14 per 0.25 pound. The vegan sampler pack of 10 small bars came out to $33. But wow it is so worth it if you really want to treat yourself to some luxurious chocolate. I am not sure any other chocolate will compare after this. :)

    A piece of all flavors.

Swiss chocolates are my best besides See's Candies. When I saw Laderach, I just had to go in and get some. There are so many flavors that I couldn't choose, so I got a piece of everything. I love Swiss chocolates and can't help it if I am an indecisive person. Once you tried these chocolates, you will agree that they are delicious. Sweetness is mild. You can taste the chocolate and the nuts are fresh. It's $55.60 a pound. The bag in the picture is about $20. Well worth it. The sales associate is patient, knowledgeable and has impeccable service. The store is so clean looking.

Laderach is a Swiss chocolatier and has been expanding in the US these past few years. They opened their flagship store in NYC on 5th Ave at the end of 2020 and just opened this location near Times Square on 50th and 7th a few months ago. I love their truffles, which you can purchase individually or select one of their assortment boxes. I wanted to give my friends a belated Valentine's treat, so I picked up their Truffles Classic, with an assortment of 8 pieces. It's $18.90+ ($20.58 incl. tax) for an 8-piece box, which includes 2 of each: - Truffle Milk - Truffle White - Truffle Caramel - Truffle Dark They also had a 18, 24 and 36-piece box, as well as the same size boxes with truffles containing alcohol for the same price. They're delicious and perfect for a nice gifts and

They offer tastings of their Swiss chocolate creations. Chocolate bark (FrischSchoggi) and truffles. Had 2 types of their bar--one with hazelnuts and milk chocolate, and the other one described in the photo. Both were delicious! Expensive at $55/lb, but this ain't your mass produced chocolate. Place was very clean and inviting. Staff were cordial and knowledgeable of their products.

Was in the city for NYE. Yes, it's as fun as one can imagine. It's also.....well, I was messy…read moreHahahaha! Because I got back to my cousins apartment at 630am! Was quickly reminded that, TIM! YOU. ARE. NOT. 20 yrs old NO. MO!!! So that being said, I hope it's awhile before my old ass acts like that again hahah! Actually, nah! Being a dumb kid is fun! Hahahaha! So being in the city, CLEARLY I had to get my friends souvenirs! Souvenirs for my friends who arrrrre....21 and 22 years old Hahahaha! So what's the most popular souvenir no matter what (usually)? .... SHOT GLASSES! But of course-hahaha!! So I stopped in here. Word to the wise....get your shit glasses, tshirts, etc somewhere NOT located in Times Square! Why? Because you will save a ton! Did I do that tho? Nah! Why? Well because of NYE....My old ass took like 2 days to recover. So while recovering...I went absolutely nowhere lol. So the day I'm leaving, I'm running all over Times Square looking for bagels for my mom and stores to get shit glasses and keychains, magnets, and some other things. Went here and paid 2x what I would elsewhere...outside TS. Growing up in NYS and spending tons of time down in the city as a kid and as an adult... I have ALWAYS known better than to buy in TS or around there, but I was in a rush....like so many in NY lol. I legit was tho. I was more worried to find bagels than anything else. Did I get bagels? Nope. Turns out my mom would have rather had NYC crumb cake (because I told her I bought a piece every day I was there and went to bed a happy fat pig lol) and she's like "forget the bagels! There's nothing like NY crumb cake! She's absolutely right. Mental note for next time hahaha! I got my crumb cake at a deli in Queens. Not important to this review, but yeah lol This place I got the shot glasses and other things at...super cool inside. CLASSIC Times Square store. Big, flashy, busy as hell! Great store! Minus the prices you'll pay and OH! And there's an old man who works there, I'm assuming the owner....NOT a very nice man. He deals with tourists all day long..Americans and everyone else from all over the world. I get he may be burned out. That's the case tho....step aside and let a happy person run registers and the floor. Other than that, it's a great place. You definitely feel the crazy NYC vibes in there and right outside is mayhem! Step outs and look to the left and there's the TS NYE Ball, the 2020 sign. Very cool! Thanks, yelperetties! Cheers!

I had to repeat 4 times, Im just looking and had to hold on to my tshirt when he tried to take it away. I really didn't need a personal shopper to help me, I just wanted to browse. I really wanted to get a second shirt, but couldnt shop in peace.

We were exhausted from walking all day but suddenly he found a burst of energy and was fine browsing the store for over an hour. There are two floors with a cafe on the 2nd floor. Service was good; the registers are located downstairs and they have lots of cute items + point of purchase displays. Located right across from Bryant Park, it's almost impossible to walk by without going in. It's usually crowded, but that's part of its charm. The store has three levels, each worth exploring. The main floor features an impressive selection of books, including bestsellers and new releases right as you walk in. The lower level is where you'll find collectibles, specialty pens, beautiful notebooks and stationery, unique gifts, even more books, and plenty of cute items that will tempt you to spend more than you planned. The book selection is excellent, although I have to admit the prices can be a bit on the higher side. The staff are always friendly, and checkout is surprisingly quick, so don't let the long lines discourage you. One thing to note: drinks aren't allowed inside, so you'll need to leave them with security before entering. If you're visiting the area or spending time around Bryant Park, I highly recommend stopping by. Whether you're a book lover or just enjoy browsing, this bookstore is absolutely worth a visit.
