Different colors and flavors of candy, NYC-themed M&M's, clothing, mugs, souvenirs, and a bunch of cute merchandise. I especially liked seeing all the different M&M's you can mix and match and the New York-themed items. There's definitely a lot to look at, even if you're not planning on buying anything. The only downside is that it can get VERY hectic. There were people everywhere, and some areas felt a little overwhelming trying to walk around and actually look at things. But considering it's right in Times Square, that's pretty much expected. Overall, it's colorful, fun, a little chaotic, and definitely a cool experience. I'd recommend stopping in at least once, especially if you're already exploring Times Square.

M&M'S New York is a colorful, multi-level retail experience located in the heart of Times Square…read morethat turns a simple candy store into a full themed attraction. We walked into a space designed around the M&M's brand with bright displays, character areas, merchandise, and interactive sections spread across multiple floors. The room had a high-energy, playful vibe with a steady flow of visitors moving through the different levels, and the layout encouraged exploring rather than just grabbing a bag of candy and leaving. The biggest highlight is the customization area, where you can create personalized M&M's with different colors, designs, and messages. We spent some time there and found it added a more unique element compared to a regular candy shop, making it a fun option if you are looking for a souvenir or gift. The store also has a large selection of themed merchandise, from small collectibles to larger items, making it easy to spend time browsing even if we were not planning to buy anything. The atmosphere is what makes the visit memorable. The bright colors, large displays, and character-themed areas make it feel very different from a typical retail store, and we enjoyed walking through the different floors and seeing the variety of products and decorations throughout the space. It is especially appealing if you enjoy brand experiences or want a fun photo stop while exploring Times Square. The main thing to keep in mind is that the store can get very crowded, especially during busy Times Square hours. The prices are also higher than what you would normally expect for candy and souvenirs, which is understandable given the location and the experience aspect. We found it better to approach it as an attraction and browsing experience rather than a place to shop for value. The staff moved through the store efficiently, and the energy of the room stayed lively and fun, making it easy to enjoy the experience even with the crowds. Overall, M&M's New York is a fun stop in Times Square, especially for families, visitors, or anyone who enjoys themed stores. It is not just about buying candy, but about experiencing the colorful environment and seeing how the brand has created an entire destination around a familiar product. It is worth stopping by if you are already in the area, even if just to walk through and explore.

Had some business to take care of in Midtown and noted this W 46th Street location. While my first time at this Midtown location, have frequented their other spots and can't wait until a day when I'll live closer to one! This location is one of the bigger locations than most with better seating, including café tables and comfortable seating. It's a modern, bright, perfect spot to get a drink and bite for there or to go. This time, I ordered thru the app a Spinach Feta Pie plus a large unsweetened Iced Pistachio Cold Brew and trying their House-made, Organic, Unsweetened Almond Milk instead of my regular Oat Milk. Both were quickly ready and delicious! I've always enjoy what I get at Matto, plus it's reasonably priced... especially given this Midtown location. Note - Matto was one of the first places I saw promoting trendy Dubai Chocolate and Pistachio items in general. Pistachio is the nut that is overtaking Hazelnut, the nut that emerged in the '90s as the big food trend in ingredients and flavorings. Dubai Chocolate is a big part of that. Pistachio is everywhere! Pistachio is the new Hazelnut! (You can quote me on that!) To discover more about this pistachio phenomenon, check out this article: https://bit.ly/4pKCirp Should add, the team member behind the counter who also served me, I think her name was Maya, was very attentive. When the person adjacent to me spilled a cup of water on the bench and floor, she quickly took care of it. If your in Midtown, recommend you check this Matto Espresso out!
