The noise of chainsaws and wood-eating machines is really loud. I'm hoping my neighbors are trying to sleep! I truly hate to see so many trees go, but they have become a liability, so I don't have a choice. R & R Tree Services was here in late summer, and did a monster, very dangerous tree for me. It was about 300-400 years old, but had a huge hollow in the middle of the trunk, about 20 feet up ... some kind of disease, I think. Anyway, I did a lot of "shopping" last summer, and eventually chose these guys. Their prices are amazing, as is the crew. They have every piece of equipment you can possibly imagine, to get the job done, and done right. They are all very efficient, hard-working guys ... and are absolute professionals. I don't have to worry about my fence, my neighbor's house, their shrubbery, the electric lines ... no worries at all. If you ever have the need, check out these guys

This is my second time working with Green Vista, and I continue to be impressed with their service…read more What I really appreciate is how honest and upfront they are. When evaluating my trees, they clearly explained which ones needed deadwood removal and which ones were fine at the time. They also had to remove one tree from my front yard, and they took the time to explain in detail why removal was necessary. I recently worked with Rodney, and he was great about discussing the details of the job and explaining his recommendations. He is obviously very knowledgeable about trees and clearly cares deeply about his work. I especially appreciated that he was there with the crew on the day they removed the deadwood and walked me through what they were doing. Of all the companies I contacted, Green Vista also seemed to have the most appropriate equipment for the job. Several other companies weren't confident they could get their lift into my backyard. Green Vista was able to do it, and they laid down appropriate tracking and ground protection to make sure there was no damage to my lawn. In one case, I found two dead branches that weren't visible from my side of the property. Rodney and the team came back quickly and took care of them, which I really appreciated. I know I'll be using Green Vista again in the future. Their pricing is excellent considering they have a certified arborist involved, and most importantly, they genuinely seem to care about the health of the trees rather than trying to upsell you. Highly recommended.

Early Wednesday morning they had an arborist at the house, dispatched a large crew and a massive crane. They spent 7 hours carefully removing the tree, lifting huge pieces of it over our neighbor's house (thank you, good neighbors!), ground the small and medium branches, and stacked the very large trunk sections on the street. On Thursday they picked up all of the large sections and hauled them away. By 5pm the tree was gone and contractors were able to start doing a temporary repair of the large holes in our garage roof. This was a traumatic experience that was totally unexpected. This was a seemingly healthy tree that just tipped over without warning. Anyone can imagine how it feels to have a huge tree laying on your house. The support from JL Tree's Service went a long way toward making us feel like we were making progress on getting the mess resolved. We have used JL before and always thought they did good work at a fair price. Their response here was exceptional.
