Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and the customer service provided by Amir. The carpet and waterproof vinyl installations both went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently and finished the jobs in a couple of days. The hardwood flooring project took a frustrating turn, but Amir ultimately resolved it to our satisfaction. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. Our townhouse's flooring is now so beautiful thanks to Renaissance!

I called and got the price per sq. ft for an LVT that we had liked and he was by far the cheapest in the area. We visited the store and scheduled an onsite in person estimate. Farhad came the next morning and sent over the quote the very same afternoon! His pricing was amongst one of the most affordable we had received. It was also a pressure free environment where we did not feel pressured to buy/sign. Please visit his store, it's one of the bigger flooring stores in the area we been to and also the best in terms of pricing. We placed our order and should be having our floors installed soon. I'll update the review after the installation is done, am just hoping the installation is as good as the sales process!

They came out to inspect and told me there was nothing wrong - yet this new floor had dents and chips with only my husband and I living in the house walking on it in socks only, yet our downstairs floor from 1986 withstood pets and children and has no dents or chips. There is obviously something wrong with this floor, as can be seen by all of the reviews from people that are having the exact same problems. Initially, Randolph acted like they were trying to help and contacting the company that made the floor, but after three years of my having to follow up monthly I have been sent to their distributor who can't do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their products and even worse they do not carry good quality ones.

I liked that the owner was personally present much of the time. I talked to a few of his crew and it is obvious that they have a good bit of experience working with wood floors. We are very happy with the finished product. These next comments don't relate to Tony's Floors... but you might find them helpful. We were not prepared for the smell. In retrospect, I wish we had booked a hotel room for about four nights. The house was a mess with sawdust everywhere. Orlando did a good job of taping up plastic and wrapping chandeliers and lights, but over time, some of that tape gave away and opened up. Then the smell of the stain and polyurethane is overwhelming. We stayed in our room, put towels under the door and opened with windows... but not pleasant. Then be prepared, you cannot walk on floors for several days. We were able to build a bridge using a ladder and a 2 x 12 board, but we got lucky. So prepare ahead of time, take everything you will need and book a hotel room. Finally, be ready to clean even after Orlando and crew complete their clean. They did a good job, but no way to easily remove the dust in every area. It's the reality. At the end, our floors look great and it was worth it, but it's not a simple, easy project.
