I arrived 15 minutes early, around 10:45 AM, but the office was completely closed. The lights were off, no one was answering the phone, and I tried calling several times. I eventually went to the office next door to ask if I could check in there. They explained it was a different office but told me the staff was probably running a few minutes late. One of the staff arrived around 11:08 AM. While eight minutes may not seem like a major delay, the bigger concern was that the office was completely closed with no sign, notice, or communication letting patients know someone would be arriving late. The staff was nice and I understand that unexpected delays happen, but I believe a medical office should be open during its posted hours or at least communicate with patients when staff are running late. A simple notice or phone message would have made this experience much more professional.

I purchased the 1 year lip filler membership which costs around $1,200-1,300 for 3 syringes for a year. I started off first doing 1/2 a syringe then working my way up since it was my first time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. I have attached photos of my lips currently after 3 syringes. My last syringe was 3/19/2020. When I first came to them, I was all natural, and had never my face touched previously. Tailored came highly recommended by a friend that I trust with anything cosmetic. I struggle with anxiety when it comes to the unknown, especially with anything invasive, or that can alter my appearance. I also struggle in social situations, when asking questions, and the response is dismissive or awkward. After much thought, and consideration, I reached out to them. At my initial appointment, I felt very comfortable. My consultation went well, with my main concerns being addressed, that of not being left looking surprised or "frozen." My very first procedures were botox, and lip filler. 3 months later, I returned for botox, and got my first under eye PRP. 3 months after, I returned again for botox, and my second round of under eye PRP. My injector was so pleased by the results of my first round of PRP, she used my before and after images as an example of the benefits on their social media. I have been retuning every 3 months like clockwork for regular scheduled maintenance, including a touch up on my lip filler. After over a year of botox, I made the decision to make the change from botox to dysport, and added a lip flip to my regular maintenance. While both botox, and dysport are neurotoxins, and have similar results, it was a personal decision that I have been happy with thus far, after I consulted with my injector. Trust is paramount to me, and I fully trust my injector. I have been more than happy with my results, my appearance remains natural, not harsh or overdone, including my lip filler. I wasn't against getting more numbing cream but come to find out the doctor wasn't even there yet and expected me to get the cream and wait 30-45 MINUTES for him to arrive! Why do I need to sit for that long to get numb? I've never had to do that before. I understand being slightly delayed due to "holiday traffic" but 45 minutes? No. And you expect your patients to have an appt at a specific time and then wait more than 45 minutes to "numb" aka: wait for you to show up. No, thank you. Do better at your time management. Will not be returning to this place.
