Internal Wisdom offers a variety of services including but not limited to coaching, stress relief, body work, colon hydrotherapy, energy work, detox, cleanse and more. The detox foot bath was a seated process with an electronic probe attached to my wrist at the pulse point, my feet soaking in a tub of clear water, with a device in the water. What an relaxing experience. Water started out clear, was a rusty color by the end. The outcome was different for my mom and I but the experience good. I'll be anxious to see how well I sleep tonight. I participated in Somatic Breath Workshop at this location in early May 2022. That facilitator was Troy Fontana of Primitive Connection from Reno Nevada. That was an amazing experience at Internal Wisdom with some of the staff members, where I initially met Desiree and the shop's owner Rachael.
