When I was buying the dress, I was told that it would be impossible to remove the train while maintaining the shape of the dress, so I had resigned myself to needing to add a bustle and would just wear it bustled the whole time. When I told Marya what I hoped for, she didn't blink an eye before saying she could remove the train and keep it even all the way around. When she showed me the dress to approve at my second appointment, I was truly speechless. It looked like it was designed that way and looked even better than I could have imagined. So already, she was a true wizard to me, but I ended up using her again to add a lining to another dress I bought for the courthouse, which I loved but had an inner bodysuit that was totally visible through the white fabric. She took out the bodysuit and added a lining so it was not only beautiful, but also way more comfortable to wear. She is an absolute magician, so professional and so incredibly talented. Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items. Turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my clothes consistently come back clean, pressed, and looking fabulous. :)

But, the cost for three shirts, two suit jackets, and one pair of pants was about $37. Also, extra points because my items were ready first thing the following day. I'll admit that I originally came here because I needed a pair of pants altered. Unfortunately, I could not use the alteration services because I need 2- to 3-business day turnaround. While I have not tried a lot of dry cleaning places in the area, I have a feeling this will be my go to spot.

When I first received my dress, the neckline looked way different from when I tried on the store sample - Chi took a look at the original pics I had, and helped get the neckline back to the look I loved. The parking is a bit tight and small. They have a main entrance and a side entrance around the corner. I dropped off a coat for dry-cleaning on Wednesday 1/29, which cost only $3.50 with tax. The drop-off was easy (arrived around 7 PM so no customers in line) all I had to do with give my phone number and tender payment. I was told the garment would be ready the next day by 5 PM. Pickup was just as easy on Thursday 1/30. The coat was ready, was nice cleaned, and delivered in a plastic sleeve with a giant ZIPS logo on it. The employee was friendly, and the experience overall was great. I'd definitely return.
