Estes is a delivery service that services large packages. I ordered a desk from Target that was being delivered to my house using this service. Originally, the order stated the delivery date would be July 17th 2025. Well much to my surprise, they delivered it much earlier on July 3rd 2025. Estes is a good service because they text updates on whereabouts your order is, and one can also use the tracking number at any time. They also send email updates. They delivered my desk in the box safely. My only feedback is while I knew that they would deliver the package near the garage-- they delivered the package and placed it right in front of the garage and there is a car located in that garage that we use, and we had to go out that morning. With 2 people, we had to move the package using a hand truck to safely get the package in the garage. While we managed that, the delivery person should have maybe put the package more towards the house, or in between our garages. Hence the 4 stars! Other than that tho, highly recommend! read more

I used EFW to deliver a treadmill and they were so easy to work with. They gave me lots of updates and had an option to send updates via text as well. I had reached out to customer service about scheduling a delivery time and the CSR was kind and easy to work with. The delivery driver was awesome as well. He got the pallet as close to the front door as possible and it was easy for us to carry inside. We even got to keep the pallet, so we will use that as scrap wood for a fire in the spring. read more

Absolutely Horrible - Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star EFW is by far the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. I was scheduled for a patio furniture pickup (a Walmart return) last Thursday between 2-6pm. They never called. Never showed. I had to reach out to them to find out what happened. No apology, just a reschedule for today. Well, today came and went--again, no call, no show. I had to chase them down again only to be told (after the pickup window had long passed) that "the truck broke down" and they rescheduled me for tomorrow. No one bothered to call and tell me that. If I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting. How does Walmart contract with such an unreliable and unprofessional company? Communication is non-existent, reliability is a joke, and customer service is basically "figure it out yourself." If you have a choice--RUN. Never use EFW. Ever. read more

USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!!!!! I purchased a treadmill online and chose the standard delivery option. When EFW called me, they told me when they would be at my home the next day between 7 and 11 am. I told them I would have no one to carry it in that I had no one available on that short notice. They told me I could upgrade to a "white glove delivery." So I went through paying the extra 150.00 to get this supposed delivery. The following day comes and goes with no delivery and no phone call. I finally called them at noon to find out what happened to my delivery. They informed me they could only deliver my package with permission from the company I purchased the item from, which was Horizon. I called Horizon. Horizon had no idea what they were talking about and informed me that EFW did not need permission to deliver my package. I called EFW back, and they again said they needed permission to deliver my package, and without permission, it would not be delivered and held at their facility until they get permission from Horizon. Fast Fwd for a week straight, I spent over 20 hours trying to get EFW to release my package. I called EFW again, and they said, "We can't deliver the package because you paid for white glove delivery, and we need to find a crew that can put the treadmill together. I asked what are you talking about? That's a whole other company that puts it together and has nothing to do with you? I finally spoke to a manager, Emily ( who was very kind), who tried to get to the bottom of it. In short, I got my money back for the delivery charge, and my treadmill was delivered. The customer service rep ( I think it must be a small group because the same rude guy I spoke with the first time ) called me to say, " This is NOT the delivery company calling to tell you your package will be delivered tomorrow between 7-11 am. delivered someone else's packages and left them on a pallet in my driveway. I let delivery men know it was not my order, they said it is part of it & the rest will come another day. Howeved, it's not ly order at all. All boxes have another name and address on them! I contacted efw immediately and was told Id get an email in 24-48 hrs as to how to handle the situation. Meanwhile, they marked my purchase (over 2K in product) as delivered, so I can not get any resolution with the company I purchased it from. I dont know if it was delivered somewhere else or sitting in a warehouse but I know it was last in EFW possession. Needless to say there is another unhappy customer somewhere waiting for their delivery thats sitting in my driveway unbeknownst to them. EFW is taking zero responsibility, it would be nice if you could speak to a human being for a resolution! Ridiculous. Do not trust them with any of your items. Horrible horrible customer service. You have to give at least one star in order to post a review. I have received several different dates that my refrigerator was supposedly delivered. 12/04, 12/08, two different times on 12/13 @ 2:09 pm and one for 8:08 pm and we still have no refrigerator. This is a delivery for a business not a home and after multiple times speaking with their representatives telling me they have my signature at delivery at 8:08 pm on 12/13/23 (when our business is closed) the next agent I spoke to admitted they still had my refrigerator in the warehouse in Texas and would deliver it the next day on 12/19/23 but could not give me a time only sometime between 9 am - 5 pm. It is 5:00 pm on 12/19/23 and still no refrigerator delivery. I had a survey sent to me asking how my delivery was. The representative who responded to my negative response, Kimberly Richardson, VOC coordinator, sent apologies but no follow up on where the refrigerator is. We have security cameras that show no delivery was ever received from this company. I have been on hold for 25 minutes now without an agent taking my call. This is my 5th phone call trying to retrieve our property that was paid for in advance. Had we known the item would be shipped through a 3rd party shipper we would NOT have ordered it from Walmart. Please read all the other reviews about how bad the customer service is from EFW documenting all the emails and phone calls others had to go through to get their items. A Customer service rep just answered my call after being on HOLD for 30 minutes and 37 seconds and once I gave him my tracking number he hung up on me. Unbelievable!! I called back and was on hold for 17 minutes. A representative finally picked up and is "checking" with the warehouse again to find out where my refrigerator is. The representative Laura promised delivery tomorrow between 8 am and 5 pm since I do not have an appointment. She sent me an email confirmation of our conversation so that I could follow up with her if it is not received tomorrow. She is the only one who has done anything to assist and I hope her supervisor is given a copy of this review. We will see what tomorrow brings. read more

It really didn't bother me the company had to reschedule my delivery date because I wasn't in a hurry to receive my package. The expectations that were set over the phone when we rescheduled, provided me a 2-hour time window for that following Monday along with a 30-minute advance phone call. I was told this was their "white glove" experience where they would not only bring my package inside, but also bring it into the room of choice, 1st flight of stairs, removal of packing material and minor preparation. I did get a call, an hour before my delivery window telling me they were standing on my porch with my package. I explained that the soonest I could be there was 20 minutes. The delivery person sent me a photo of the package, left on my porch. I had to quickly reach out and ask if he could at least lay it down to help conceal the fact they were leaving a giant Samsung TV that could easily be seen from the road and stolen before I arrived. Luckily, my wife arrived home as they were leaving and got it pushed just inside the front door. When the company you're doing business with charges you extra for a "white glove" experience you've gotta wonder why it's so hard for them just to fulfill basic delivery expectations. I called EFW's customer service line a week before my order was scheduled to be deliver to ensure my address was correct. During my call, the rep notified me the address was not correct, I gave them the updated location, they ensured me my package would be delivered. Fast forward to the delivery date, the movers dropped my order off the back of truck without any notification at the wrong address and my shipment say outside all day. There could have been inclement weather or theft may have occurred. I called the customer service line back as soon as I received email notification that the package was dropped off but CLEARLY not at my home, to which the rep said they would escalate the issue to be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. However, that does not change the fact that my order was sitting outside an entire day. There was a complete breakdown in communication on EFW's behalf and this caused a serious inconvenience to me because I took time off from work to receive and assemble this shipment. The experience has been absolutely horrible and I would not advise anyone to use EFW for future moving services If they want their orders to be received on time. read more

Terrible experience interacting with EFW. They were contracted from Overstock to deliver a couch to my house. They then contracted that out to another delivery company. I did not have to talk to EFW until there was an issue with my delivery. I have a small house so getting that couch where it needed to go was a challenge. The subcontracted delivery company was planning on coming back, but EFW pulled them off the job the next day and then told me it was my problem. Rather than doing the right thing for the customer, they figure out how to get out of finishing a job. Avoid using them at all costs! read more

This by far has to be the worst shipping company I've dealt with in my entire life. I ordered a very expensive mirror from a company online and they used this company to ship it. When I received it, the mirror was SHATTERED. When we held the box upright, it sounded like a damn tool box. The delivery men clearly had to hear it but they still drug it on into my building like. Nothing was wrong. Not to mention that dust that I thought was on the outside of the box turned out to be dozens of different size footprints. Literally they walked all over my package like it was just sitting on the floor in the way of things. I reordered the mirror. Same company to deliver it. Thought I'd get better service. Yesterday was my delivery day they gave me the option to choose, only to tell me that the date they told me I could choose, they don't deliver to within the hours they approved me for. So then they said I'd get it next day.Today's the new delivery day! What I got was a call from the driver asking me was my name Ellis or something and was about to completely give me someone else's stuff. I told them my information and they told me they didn't see me on there. But some kind of way they had my number. I was instructed to reschedule. Then they call me back to tell me we see your information and are on the way. 10 minutes later my next phone call is that they were able to successfully find my information but they don't have a package for me in the truck so I need to reschedule AGAIN. update: I finally got my pool today July 13 after multiple Calls and reviews and emails. if u order from Walmart and it's ship by efw u need to cancel ur order. I ordered pool from Walmart and I prep my ground for this pool, I buy a salt system separately from the manufacture, I got everything really except the pool still not arrived. I been waiting for the pool since jun22 2021. The company picked up the package around June 23, supposed to deliver it on June 30. It's in their Atlanta center on jun 25. It's only 1 hour 30 minutes away from my home. I called them on July 3, July 5, July 7, July 9, July 11, July 13. Every time I call they told me to wait 24-48 hour for the driver to contact me, guess what, never got contact from them. So I have to keep contacting their customer service, every time I have to wait 30-120minutes before someone will answer the call. I even write an email to them 2 times. No response for the email. So sad I can't cancel this order because I prep the ground buy the separate pool parts and pull the permits, spend money on hire electrician on new electric wire, etc. I need my pool!
