    I will give this UPS store location a 4/5 because even though it gets really busy, the associates do their best to push things along. I came here for their notary service which I believe is $4 per page. Staples down the street does notary too, but their lady was out that day. Even though the line was out the door, I was in and out in about 15 mins or so. This location also stays open until 7pm which is really convenient to swing by after work.

    This UPS has 2 out of 5 things going for them location & decent but, NOT fabulous customer service. I really wish I could say more however, this is the only location I have been to that 89% of the time I go to return my Amazon Returns...they always always has a long darn line! This location should STAY staffed because, of its location as it's a busy shopping center so, the volume & more than likely...because they accept Amazon returns I'm sure is the reason they stay overly busy. I feel for the staff as just thinking about it...I usually have have a new person help me upon every visit. Note: PRO: There is a very polite handsome gentleman with long dreads/braids that is usually there. CON: Expect a line outside the door.

    This was my first time ever using this store. I knew it was there but I never had a need until now. Recently USPS left a package on my patio that magically disappeared two hours later. I'm still salty about that because it was something that was made for me. Not taking chances again I ordered something and it shipped UPS. I took advantahe of the delivery choices and had it sent to a UPS store at no charge. It was delivered the same time frame. I went in on a Saturday and it was busy however the two guys working the counter had it moving like clock work. I was greeted right away and given my package. I had to sign for it. No biggie. This store fulfills a lot of needs so check them out. I'm looking into getting a box next.

    Honestly this has to be the worst UPS store on the planet. I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes. No one knows what they're doing. They are not friendly. The store is not clean. There are 20 people in here when there should only be 10. The store smells. The employees are so slow and seem to hate it here. It's awful.

    Worst service I ever experienced. They lie about attempted delivery. I will never use this service again. Laziness is a complete turn off.

I am so glad to have been assisted by them. As each listened to my request, I noticed how well them worked as a team. I was prepared to leave my project with them. However, they immediately addressed my project, after waiting a while the completed yearbook was returned to me. Not only did they prevent a return trip, but the finished product was much better than I expected! Great job to both of them! The customer is happy; and the parents were surprised by their gifts.     DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE IF YOU ARE NOT AFRICAN-AMERICAN…read more I have repeatedly been given "the treatment" at the check-out counter at this store, which is designed poorly to sort out people who have simple purchases versus people who require customer service. In the past, I've been toward the end of the customer-service intensive line watching the people in front of me fail to avail themselves of an open POS terminal in which the clerk asked for shoppers. After 5 or 10 minutes, I moved to the POS aisle only to be berated by staff who think I'm cutting in line because I'm white and all these poor people in front of me are being dissed. I guess they'd rather stand there doing nothing than checking out customers. Today I stood in customer service line for over 30 minutes. At no time was a non-customer service-intensive POS terminal clerk available for customers who didn't have a "return issue" of some kind. When I got to the desk, I was told I was in the wrong line. At no time did ANYONE announce that they would take non-customer-service oriented (simple purchases) to the main queue. A time or two a manager came with (elderly) shoppers and then quickly moved off without asking if anyone else had regular purchases. To me it meant that they had no interest in helping customers check out. No questions about helping. It must be a game for them: get whitey to stand at a vacant terminal asking for check-out and be called names for being "entitled" or waiting in line while no one is the simple check-out line because no clerk is standing there and then get called out because I'm in the wrong line. Some annoying woman at the back of the line who had not seen anything that had happened or not happened over all this time started schooling me on etiquette and that she was sorry I didn't get the life I deserved. I will do just that....NEVER use this store (and for that matter, shop) at Camp Creek Marketplace.

    I had never heard of EFW and was very skeptical when I saw they were delivering my new treadmill…read more That said, I had a great experience. They texted ahead to schedule a window for delivery and arrived promptly at the start of that window the following day. They brought the treadmill inside and even flipped how it was laying per my request, as it's easier for me to push to its final destination when laying on the short side. The delivery guy was kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Estes Forwarding based on my personal experience.

Originally, the order stated the delivery date would be July 17th 2025. Well much to my surprise, they delivered it much earlier on July 3rd 2025. Estes is a good service because they text updates on whereabouts your order is, and one can also use the tracking number at any time. They also send email updates. They delivered my desk in the box safely. My only feedback is while I knew that they would deliver the package near the garage-- they delivered the package and placed it right in front of the garage and there is a car located in that garage that we use, and we had to go out that morning. With 2 people, we had to move the package using a hand truck to safely get the package in the garage. While we managed that, the delivery person should have maybe put the package more towards the house, or in between our garages. Hence the 4 stars! Other than that tho, highly recommend!
