I will give this UPS store location a 4/5 because even though it gets really busy, the associates do their best to push things along. I came here for their notary service which I believe is $4 per page. Staples down the street does notary too, but their lady was out that day. Even though the line was out the door, I was in and out in about 15 mins or so. This location also stays open until 7pm which is really convenient to swing by after work. read more

This UPS has 2 out of 5 things going for them location & decent but, NOT fabulous customer service. I really wish I could say more however, this is the only location I have been to that 89% of the time I go to return my Amazon Returns...they always always has a long darn line! This location should STAY staffed because, of its location as it's a busy shopping center so, the volume & more than likely...because they accept Amazon returns I'm sure is the reason they stay overly busy. I feel for the staff as just thinking about it...I usually have have a new person help me upon every visit. This was my first time ever using this store. I knew it was there but I never had a need until now. Recently USPS left a package on my patio that magically disappeared two hours later. I'm still salty about that because it was something that was made for me. Not taking chances again I ordered something and it shipped UPS. I took advantahe of the delivery choices and had it sent to a UPS store at no charge. It was delivered the same time frame. I went in on a Saturday and it was busy however the two guys working the counter had it moving like clock work. I was greeted right away and given my package. I had to sign for it. No biggie. This store fulfills a lot of needs so check them out. I'm looking into getting a box next. read more

This ups store closes whenever it wonts too it doesn't follow the hours posted. It's been 3 times I've tried going to return my Amazon order! They were inside but had the door locked telling me they were closed 3:30pm when supposed to be open until 7pm. Then again 12:39 and 4:30 other week days. I see a lot of complaints about the wait time and are blaming the staff. In my experience the wait was around 20 minutes and it was due to the customers not the staff. Customers had many questions, forgot to bring the correct documents or packaged things wrong that had to be corrected which is what caused the wait time. The employees would constantly say they would be with us soon while assisting the customer in front of them. This store is located at Camp Creek Market Place with plenty of parking. They limit the number of people allowed in the store and have stickers on the floor for people to stand on to social distance. read more

This is my go to UPS store. Even after moving further away, closer to other locations, I'll drive to this one. There is often a line but the employees always communicate they will be with you shortly and are kind when you get to the counter and incredibly patient no matter how many Amazon returns you have. This trip, especially, I am grateful. Kore solved a packaging challenge with a low cost solution that saved me money, time and energy. Sorry to say but this was a Poor customer service experience. All of the employees were not in uniform. Employees were very loud about their work duties and how to complete a task amongst each other, which looks very unprofessional. I didn't come to UPS for a service, to hear about their personal club/party life along w/ how they're "not getting any booster shots." There was no supervision and Management needs to be held accountable for this. Seems like there's a lack i. Training on ethics, culture competency and customer service. There's absolutely NO UPS culture being Represented presently. I hope the UPS corps can make this right. read more

I shouldn't have to wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes just to drop off a package. Even with Covid and social distancing, the wait time is ridiculous. Recently moved to the area. Every time I've come to this place, there is an extremely long line. They charge $1 for tape per package. They charge $5 to print out one label. I've been to other UPS locations and they never charge for tape and only charge CENTS for printing paper. I have never had to pay for a prepaid label... This is ridiculous. There is trash on the floor and the carpet smells. This location needs a new franchise owner. No way you should be up charging especially in a more urban area. AND CLEAN THE CARPET! read more

I just love this place for shipping things. Called to ask about returning my Direct fb Equipment and they were nice over the phone. I went by at around 5 and was geeeted immediately. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Hopefully they'll get everything processed within a week but if not at least customer service was great. read more

This is easily the slowest ups store I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest to my house. Every time I come here there is at least a 30 min wait to get into the building even at non peak hours and not during the holidays . Customer service is good if you're willing to stand in a line outside for at least 30-45 min. They desperately need more help or a more efficient system. I was dropping a package I had UPS label all I need was a piece of tape it was at least 20 people on line and the associate behind the desk took the tape from me and told me he have to tape it once I drop it, I asked him if I need to get on line he redoing if you need a receipt yes, I told him I don't need a receipt and he respond you have to get on line I'll let you use the tape one you get to the counter , súper slow and terrible services please avoid it if you can. read more

I've never had a package undelivered, or damaged, arrive late or any problems. Between my ebay business and my friends and family that live outta town thinkin i should send them something, I spend HUNDREDS of dollars at UPS a year....I love that this place is so easy to do business with i'll probably jinx myself for saying this, but it seems like when I go in there is maybe one person in front of me and by the time I leave there are 5 people behind me. Don't do business here. They lose your package....I shipped a package on August 3rd. It should have arrived August 6th. August 23rd I reported the package missing. I was advised that a claim would be processed on August 26th. I called to follow up for 2 weeks and it was never filed. On September 5th, it was supposedly filed and I was told it would be 5 business days. 10 business days later now and still no result from claim and no contact from the owner. I advised this morning that I would be seeking legal counsel....absolutely ridiculous customer service. read more

This store is located in a very busy area in South Fulton, Ga at the airport exit. The customers are impatient and unprepared with poor packaging, incorrect addresses and want to haggle about shipping cost. The associates are very professional and work as fast as they can to give every customer great service. I ship back and forth with Amazon weekly and I am in and out at very different times and see the good and the bad. People needing notary services are a big draw to this location and slow up the line tremendously with customers debating what the employee is suppose to sign, etc. There is a Staples a few doors down that offer shipping services also, but most prefer UPS and customers need to have all the correct addresses and be prepared to wait! read more

I came here this morning around 10am. Here was a small line but the gentleman worked fast to keep the line moving. I dropped off a package and turned an AT&T device. This is a drop off location for AT&T and Directv. The place was clean and there was plenty of parking. They definitely need another associate at the front desk. The following pertains to a package containing my wife's driver's license that I sent to her in NY. I had accompanied her on her travel and then returned early with her license (accidentally) that she needed to fly back home. I went to this UPS Store on 07/10 and entrusted them to have it delivered to her on 07/11. It has been 10 days and we still do not have her license. Here is the sequence of events: 1. Her license, which was scheduled for 'Next Day' delivery, did not make it to her on time for her flight back home. 2. My wife had to leave her work conference early to go through extra TSA security measures, including a five-minute pat down, because she did not have her license. 3. We have had to reach out to both the UPS Store and the 800-number locations at multiple times during a span of two weeks to locate the package. 4. It has been re-routed and sent to multiple locations during the course of 10 days. 5. Instead of having the package returned back to our home (as intended), it was instead delivered back to the UPS Store. 6. The package was delivered to the UPS Store on 07/17 and SAT THERE until yesterday (07/19), when we finally told them that UPS confirmed they signed for the package. 7. Yesterday, when given a chance to press the 'reset' button and start a new delivery (with a delivery date of today), the package is AGAIN not here and not due till Monday, the 23rd. My advice to customers that are reading this is to only use this branch if you need other services, such as printing or purchasing materials. While the staff has been friendly, I question their ability to deliver packages on time - or at all. If you can avoid it, use another branch or company to deliver your packages. read more

This store is the SLOWEST store in Georgia!! I mean it's ridiculous!! And with the corona it's even worse!! Wait times are at least 30min to drop off a package. Even worse they only had one girl working the store today! I mean this is unacceptable and management needs to do a lot better!! I don't have this problem at any other UPS store. Today the line was all the way in the parking lot!! No one even tried to help the poor girl who was working by herself!! They need to just shut the store down if they can't get adequate enough employees!
