One thing about this location, there is always a line. However, though there is always a line, the staff is efficient, all of the machines work, and best of all, the staff works as a team. This is a saving grace. The inside is always clean and in order. The printers all work, and the price per page is fair. The return process for Amazon or Shein is super efficient and with the process they employ, if it is a high traffic time, they will have an assigned scanner delegated for those who have returns with a UPC Code. Yasssssssssssssssssss. I love this as I always ensure I have a UPC Code. LoL. Overall, rather doing a return, needing copies, or shipping a package, this location is a great option. read more

Shipped a package from this location and it arrived utterly destroyed. Brand new computer tower that was neatly and safely package arrived looking like someone hit it with a baseball bat, the corners were bent in, the front and side panels were dislodged and cracked a $1500 computer wrecked....completely unacceptable....never again read more

This UPS is conveniently located for some and is staffed by some that are friendly at times. Location is not as clean as some other locations. That being said, I usually don't have to wait long in line at this location. Thank you for that. read more

My husband went into this store today. He was shipping out employee appreciation gifts for his company. There were 12 individual shipments. He had the labels ready to print. He walked in and the first attendant looked at him crazy when he brought the box of gifts. The other person printed off the same label multiple times. And they tried to charge him for it. They charged him for tape and then let him use their tape for the boxes. The manager helped build each of the twelve boxes but that's it. No one assisted in helping with taping up the boxes or putting the labels on the box. UPS store advertisement says you can walk in they take all the work off the customer by handling the shipments. Welllll that was not the situation. My husband might as well had put on a shirt and clocked in. Every employee just stood there staring at him while trying to put these shipments together. At 30 minutes to close the line was out the door and the wait was ridiculous. The female clerk trying to be nice and allow an employee discount to someone with their UPS badge...had her line held up explaining the discounted charges to the employee who wasnt satisfied with the amount is his discount. Meanwhile what appeared to be the manager was having an impossible time collecting the $900+ from his customer. Everyone in line was irritated because none of the employees had sense enough to try to assist to move the line. Needless to say I left. read more

Service with a smile. Had to get several documents notarized and sent overnight to several states. The notary who was a Co-owner, was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. His assistant, Jasmine, was very gracious and helpful as well. So thankful they opened a UPS store in the area. On Saturday, January 4th, I was preoccupied and and feeling kind of low. I needed to send two pieces of art and the consideration, professionalism and genuine kindness from the two employees, actually co-owners turned my day around. I live in Los Angeles where too many people are indifferent and detached. Being back in the southeast, these two people, Cedric and his best friend and co-owner (I can't recall his name-- Andres?) reminded me that genuine and really accommodating and helpful people do still exist. They are both exceptional and I'm thankful to have had this experience. I recommend them strongly. read more

Visited 1/6/21- the Customer Service was great! I need documents notarized and I believe Jasmine was able to assist. She was very professional and took her time stamping my legal documents. The store was clean and sanitized. They have plenty of hand sanitizer and are maintains 6ft social distancing. I will definitely return if I need to ship UPS or notarize documents. read more

I've used this location previously with no customer service issues, but Amazon never received package. Today, all I needed was an envelppe to mail my prelabeled item and young lady was very rude and didn't know what a regular envelope was and then tried to make me pay for the FREEEEEEE UPS envelope and got mad at me trying to help her. I needed to ship off an item right before Christmas. I was already dreading the line and wanted to find a location not too much out of the way. I normally go to another UPS Store in the area but noticed a location in Union City near the JR Crickets. I was too excited. I thought I just overlooked it but when I went there, they told me they just opened. Cedric assisted me and was so helpful. He quickly found the appropriate size packaging, checked me out and I was literally in and out in no more than 5 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the quick service. I told him how it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a shipping/print store. Every thing was new, neat. I then found out that him and another guy in the store were the owners. Great guys. This location will be my new go to shipping/print location. Make this your new UPS Store from now on. read more
