I completely…read moreunderstand that the store closes at 6:00 PM, but instead of a friendly greeting, an employee called out from across the store that they close at 6 and that I needed to be done in five minutes. The way it was said made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I was planning to print 40 copies, but because I felt so pressured, I ended up leaving without printing anything. Customer service isn't just about what you say, it's how you say it. A little kindness would have gone a long way.

She did say that the girl that the girl that was there wasn't really of any help . When the scanner wouldn't work my daughter would just keep trying it. The girl didn't try to help her guide it. How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.

Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.
