Awful service!!! I will never recommend this service to anyone! I use this service for the third time and third tine the goods arrived broken!!!

Rear quarter panel is damaged all the way down to the bare plastic and has ppf. It will need to be resprayed and new ppf installed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING SELF CENTERED COMPANY!! Truck driver damaged my C7 corvette delivering a motor to my house even after multiple times of informing him that he was getting to close! As I was addressing the damage, the driver took off without me signing any paper work! Took them 2 months to get back with me and come to find out, the driver forged the signature! After I said I have audio recording of the situation and that he forged a signature because little did they know the signature that he forged does not live at my house nor the same state! I never got a reply back like they were scared to go further because they know they messed up!! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR WHOLE COMPANY IS CORUPTED. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR PACKAGE!!

Ruined rug

I arrived home from work to find my new 10x14 white-ish area rug dropped in my front yard. The packaging was torn, exposing the rug, which allowed some sort of grease to stain it in multiple locations. It was obvious and, after watching my cameras, most likely came from the way it was dragged from the truck. A very expensive rug/ruined rug. Utterly atrocious.

Avoid this company. A third party shipped a glass door to me with them, and wow... what a stupid experience. Estes has earned their 1-star reputation. In short, they bailed on a scheduled delivery without contacting me. I called and emailed... nothing. When they called to reschedule, I said that I would have appreciated a call if they weren't going to show up for the appointment as I took off work and hired people to help me move the delivery. The response was 'Uhh huh....... so does tomorrow work for a delivery? OK bye!' For the rescheduled delivery, they gave me a delivery window of 11a - 5p, and then showed up an hour early at 10a. The delivery driver was like 'The item is long... I need your help getting it off of the truck.' How is that my responsibility? Amateur hour. Anyway, when the door of the truck opened, you KNOW my item was smashed. I refused delivery. I'm not sure how I'll get screwed out of a refund, but I'm sure they'll find a way.

Where to start, just about everything that could go wrong went wrong. I called an arranged an appointment for a Tuesday. I got a call from the driver on Monday informing me he was 30 minutes away to which I responded with confusion and explained again that no one would be available until Tuesday. I got a call on Tuesday telling me he was pulling down the block. Turns out he was on the wrong block. To be fair there are two streets with the same name in our town. However, my street number is unique to my block so he must not have entered a street number or entered it wrong. He delivered the items inside my garage has I asked. Then he called back later to explain he delivered the wrong order. I'm not sure how this happens. He came back and picked up the wrong order and gave us our order. One of the crates was severely damaged and the contents were piled on top of the crate. There were a lot of missing pieces that I had to inventory and contact the seller for replacements. Heck I still found a piece this morning on the street where it was dropped. I'm at a loss as to why they would even try to deliver something in this condition rather than explain the situation with the seller and ask for a replacement. As customers receiving freight items we don't always have a choice about which carrier to select. I have filed a complaint with my seller advising them that their brand is too important to be linked with such a poor performing company.

This is how Estes delivered the clients $5,000.00 products.

So Build.com uses Estes for deliveries. I have had my issues with Estes delivery with Home Depot. I thought that perhaps they would behave differently with Build.com How wrong!! Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday and was supposed to get a 30 minute call prior to arrival. Especially important because we were in the middle of a snow storm yesterday in the Metro Washington DC area. No call. The delivery gets dropped off on the curb. No protection. No notification. They suck! #build.com #homedepot It's time to fire these folks.

The two men did a great job handling our items and making sure that they got to their destinations. They were very professional, patient, and helpful. We paid about $600 for the service & we were very pleased with the price because movers are usually more than that. The items were placed in their correct areas and everything came in their condition it was before the move (so far, that I've seen). The movers were very friendly and had great communication. My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. They deserve respect and care as well. I asked them if they wanted food (primarily my husband) and he offered to them as well and they took a break (off the clock) and then they were done shortly after that. I'd definitely suggest this company for moving. I love family companies so I'll always work to support.

I want to share my dreadful experience with CCE Express, a moving company owned by Tony, with…read morepotential customers. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and unprofessional, which made my moving experience profoundly frustrating. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced.
