Would have been nice to at least receive an email or phone call that flowers were not going to be delivered. Ended up ordering from a "corporate" company (Urban Stems). I went to this shop looking for help to create an arrangement. The salesclerk was on the phone and barely acknowledged me. I looked around and saw wilted potted plants. Though the selection was minimal, there were some cut flowers I thought might work and asked the price. The clerk, who apparently spoke no English, pulled out her phone, dialed a number, pushed the phone in my face and said "talk to owner". I walked out. If you are looking for a florist don't go here.
