Stop at this little cafe for a coffee on our way to get seafood. Glad we stop, their drip coffee was one of the best I had. Small cafe, sits about 20 and a few tables outside. I will come by for their breakfast because the inside of the restaurant smell great. Lots of nice artworks on the wall. Service was excellent!!

What a cute little diner/restaurant. Amazing local artist's art work, peppermill, and pizza cutters were neatly displayed for you to purchase. Went for breakfast/brunch on Veterans Day. The waitstaff was welcoming and friendly. We ordered: lavender mimosa - served in a cute mason jar Breakfast salad with an added fried chicken - tasty and light but filling. Chicken was seasoned well. The crispy potatoes went perfectly and the house dressing was simple but so delicious. Blue cheese mushroom bacon burger - super yummy! Bun was toasted but still soft inside. Perfectly cooked meat and mushrooms and cheese was well balanced. I love the fact the mostly everything was locally sourced! Can't wait to try the sister restaurant in Sebastopol!

While visiting Sonoma County, we stopped by Estero Café for breakfast--and what a great find! I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and it was so delicious I almost ordered a second one! Believe it or not, it was my first time trying the dish, and now I'm hooked. We also enjoyed the French Toast Combo and the Breakfast Burrito with bacon--everything was flavorful and satisfying. We left our plates completely clean! The staff was kind and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're in the area--or even a short drive away--it's definitely worth the stop!

Really nice people working here. We were so happy to find something that had outdoor seating and was dog friendly during a weekend where rain was heavy and often. Parking is limited and lotsa tourists around. Park at the cute country store and buy a soda and then go over to Estero. Great menu, lots of little creative dishes and the service was so nice and friendly and sweet. Well run, deliciously satisfying food, cooked well, and lots of crab based specials that looked awesome. On a quiet part of Highway 1, go here and be impressed and well taken care of. Thanks for the delicious coffee and food!

After living in Valley Ford for over 6 months, I finally got in to try the Estero Cafe. My goodness, I'm so impressed. Met a lovely lady named Kat who helped me. The place was incredibly clean, organized & relaxing. I ordered a Benedict (didn't get a photo) & the breakfast sandwich. Made on freshly baked sourdough from a local bakery. Omg, everything was so tasty. Will be back to try more things on their menu. You should stop in

I'm an avid Diet Coke drinker and they had a delicious diet option, Along with their chicken sandwich and it was amazing. But what made this spot good was the service, We had a wonderful waitress and she was nice and bubbly kudos to her!

We had a delightful breakfast at the Estero Cafe. The service was impeccable and the food was so fresh, local & delicious. We split an omelette w/ hashbrowns & sourdough and added a side of bacon + English muffin. Our server Diana was wonderful. Friendly, professional and definitely made our experience more memorable. We noticed a sign that celebrated the local partner vendors and you can tell the difference when you taste the food. We will definitely be back!

Estero Cafe is a quaint small cafe on hwy 1 in Valley Ford near Bodega Bay. The menu for breakfast was pretty standard, and food above par but not "knock your socks off" quality. From what I remember, a little on the pricier side but everything was local so worth supporting the local economy. Service, although business was slow, took a while to get attention from staff.

On the wall was a chalkboard with the list of local farmers and vendors that they used to supply their restaurant. I loved how fresh and flavorful all the food was, but I loved their collaboration with small local business owners to provide them with things like eggs and dairy. I had an omelette with spinach, caramelized, tomatoes, chicken sausage, and goat cheese. This was one of the most delicious bites I've had at a breakfast spot in a long time. We also shared an order of beignets that came with some fresh apple butter, which was to die for! It felt like taking a bit off fall weather if that makes sense. My boyfriend had some biscuits and country gravy with a side of sausage and fried eggs. He loved everything that he ate as well. He also had a bloody Mary, which was made with Soju. The flavor and quality was top notch and you hardly missed the vodka from the drink. Our server was very friendly, and he offered some insight into the quality of the Soju and the vendors that they work with. I just really loved the care that this restaurant put into not only service but the food that they're producing.

We ordered huevos rancheros with orange juice, and a caprese sandwich with a side of soup. The eggs were tasty, but it wasn't very hearty. I was hungry again within an hour. Lots of colorful sauce arranged around the dish, most of it wasted. The sandwich had the aoli, even though The Wife asked for it without. The sandwich was hearty, but kind of a mess. Assembled like someone wanted to leave. The space is attractive, with interesting local art on the walls, but frankly the prices ($20 for the eggs, $27 for the sandwich, $7 for a small juice) were out of line.

Not only was I satisfied, I am exhilarated to report the expertly seasoned flavor, golden crisp texture and assortment of syrups, fruit and whipped cream all played a role in this master piece. Bonus - there's no risk of cross contamination because gf is the only option. Excellent choice. The Santa Rosa omelette had me at the goat cheese (one of my favorite combinations is eggs and goat cheese) but the chicken sausage was the star of the show. Chilaquiles with red and green salsa was perfection, too. The texture of the chips was on point; it is a HUGE serving, easily 2.5 meals a bit sooo good. Hashbrowns are insanely delicious and perfectly seasoned - no salt needed! Chai made expertly by our server was the best we've ever had z no notes. First of all, since it was $17, I asked the server how big the waffle would be, and he reassured me that it would be large, thick, and filling. It looked nothing like that. In my opinion, there also wasn't nearly enough whipped cream. I definitely expected more for $17. Second of all, it was NOT cooked through at all. It was literally dough. After that, I completely lost my appetite and didn't want to order anything else. For $17 I expected it to be the best waffle of my life. Instead, it was the worst one I've ever had. My husband ordered the Breakfast Burrito with Bacon and green sauce. He said it was just ok. He couldn't say anything good or bad about it. The service was good. Our server even comped the entire bill, which was very kind of him and we really appreciated it. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because of our server. The food is bad and extremely overpriced. We will not be back.

The restaurant's large windows provide beautiful waterfront views no matter where you're seated. Our waitress (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was fantastic. She mentioned she'd been there for 14 years, which says a lot in itself. She was friendly, knowledgeable about every dish, and gave us excellent recommendations. I know Caesar dressing contains anchovies, but I was hesitant about having actual fish on my salad. I'm so glad she encouraged me to try the cooked anchovies on the side--they were delicious. Perfectly salty and a great complement to the salad. The pork chop entrée was perfection! The pork was cooked beautifully, and the bread pudding side was just as memorable. I'm not entirely sure what was in it, but it reminded me of garlic bread in the best way. The applesauce was also a nice touch. The halibut was cooked perfectly as well, and the mashed potatoes practically melted in your mouth. For sides, the grilled asparagus was exactly what you'd hope for, and the crispy potatoes lived up to their name, perfectly seasoned with a great crunch. The soup of the day was a creamy spring onion soup with crispy pancetta. Although just as delicious as everything else ordered, its the one plate we wished the portion was bigger for the price it was going for. We've eaten at plenty of restaurants, but this may be the first time where every single thing we ordered--from the entrées to the sides and sauces--was a 10/10. Needless to say, this won't be our last visit. It was absolutely worth it and such a memorable part of our anniversary trip to Bodega Bay.

There were two other tables of customers in the dining room and now a single clean table. Every other customer-free table in that room was stacked with dirty dishes left by previous customers.
