Food 5/5 stars Service 2/5 stars Ambiance 4/5 stars Food was so so yummy and reasonably priced. I got the spicy garlic noodles and the spicy vodka pasta. They were both phenomenal. My hugette spritz was great as well. Would 100% come back just because it was that good. Service was pretty bad. Not our server necessarily just everything. Our reservation was for 14 and we show up and they only set the table for 8. Also the "tables" they have for dinner are like cocktail tables they aren't high enough for normal dining so you're kind of hunched over your food. They did bring out complementary lemonchello shots which was nice but service was super slow and they can only split tabs max of 4 cards and can't do it by item which is very inconvenient for large parties. The misters were also dripping all over us and they said they couldn't do anything about it (like they wouldn't turn them on because they said it would "flood") but then like 10 minutes later they turned it on, it was confusing and it was dripping in my food. It wasn't our server really she was doing her best I just think everyone working there was overwhelmed. Also another note the music is INSANELY loud like the same level as the clubs. It was 8pm I feel like they should wait till 9:30-10 to turn it up to that level. Would come back but hope they make some changes to improve overall experience. read more

Estelle is a great place for a cute boozy girls brunch. We sat on the rooftop and they had umbrellas for shade and misters to cool off around the restaurant. They gave us sparklers and there was a live saxophone for the ultimate day party vibe. Expect this not to be a short brunch, people stay and relax for quite a while and the service is not hurried. read more

Great atmosphere, loved the disco ball. We tried booking upstairs for the rooftop for dinner and even tho they had availability online and it was empty upstairs, the hostess wouldnt allow us to sit up there. We sat downstairs, but it was just as cute. The elote dip and fries were a good snack and our waitress was great! We left after dinner and ended up back here later in the evening and it was packed. It was fun! read more

An INCREDIBLE newer spot in the heart of old town. I was skeptical because of the location (right in the entertainment district), but sitting at the corner is Estelle's lovely restaurant and rooftop. Went for a date night and would absolutely recommend! The live music was great, the vibes were perfect for a date night or classy girls night out, and the food was delicious. We went during happy hour (which goes until 7 - I love a long/late happy hour) and got 3 drinks, an appetizer (crispy shrimp) their most expensive entree (Mediterranean platter) and a pizza (hot honey and sausage) for under $100. Amazing value for the location and quality! The only food item I tried that I wouldn't recommend was the pizza - just a bit too cheesy and heavy for my personal preference. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and will be read more

Went here for dinner with my girlfriends! Had a reservation at 6:30 on a Friday and were sat down right when we arrived. Seemed to be perfect timing because it got busy quickly after. They were in the process of moving a bunch of tables around I think to clear out the upstairs? Kind of distracting during our dinner but not a huge deal. Food was good! No stand outs but also no complaints. We split the Brussels and fundido as an appetizer and I had the pizza entree. Happy hour went to 7:00 which was nice! Our server was okay - sometimes she seemed annoyed when we would ask for refills but overall fine. This place was good and the vibe was cute I will go back eventually. read more

This place is cozy. There's literally not a bad seat. Soft pink couches all around. Perfect for Valentine's Day and snuggling up to your partner, though we did see plenty of happy friends. You might think the bad seat would be next to the DJ if you want to hear your companion. But, honestly, the pulse was not blowing out my ear drums but a happy vibe underneath our conversation. We were there at brunch, though, and as my husband pointed out, it was basically a night club. I imagined it would be good luck trying to have an intimate convo at 11 pm - if you would even be trying to do that. We ordered the ahi tuna appetizer and the caesar pesto wrap. My husband typically loves his raw fish and this did not disappoint. I loved the passion fruit mojito mocktail, not on the menu, that the sweet waitress had asked the bartender to handcraft for me. I would come back for that, but not for the wrap because, while the ingredients were crisp and fresh, I struggled to find the chicken, which was the only flavorful ingredient, and I could not taste pesto at all. That absolutely did not make me not want to come back. I'll just try something else. I spied a burger with shoestring fries at another table that looked solid. One thing that was so sweet was that someone was having a birthday and, instead of yelling some annoying song, a few servers showed up with big sparklers and big smiles. Everyone just seemed happy here. read more

Very mediocre Sunday brunch on Easter. First, I do not understand why restaurants do not have a way for groups to split a bill. Yes, I get that it can be a hassle for the server. But a lot of restaurants seem to manage it easily and it's also unnecessarily complicated for a group of seven to figure out how much to charge to each card after a couple of mimosas. At the very least, use an app like inKind that lets people split the bill themselves and pay directly. The restaurant space is beautiful - very open and lovely. We tried several different cocktails, which were ok but not amazing. I had the egg kafta wrap, which was unusual but very tasty. My boyfriend had the pesto omelette and said it was one of the most uninteresting things he ever eaten. The service was unbelievably slow. The first round of drinks took forever, then a long delay before the server came back to take our orders. In total, we probably spent about an hour just waiting for drinks, waiting to order, and waiting to pay. It's a restaurant that seems more focused on the scene than the food and service. A completely so-so experience, do not think I will be back anytime soon. read more

Came here on a Friday evening for a friends birthday. The food and drinks were really good, and the service was just okay. Once the dj started spinning the vibe really picked up. We were hoping to see the dancers that hang from ceiling but they said that's only on Saturday's and Sunday's. Overall it was a pretty good experience! read more

Beautiful spot. Got here at 12:30. At 2:15 we finally left. "We are really slammed." We understood that it is Easter but every table around us getting food is insane. Our server was sweet and apologetic but it felt like a miss. The manager comped our drinks, which was great, but we felt like it wasn't a priority to them. read more

Staff, especially ones at the bar, are so unbelievably rude and aggressive. I'm not sure why it is incredibly hard for them to make the most basic drink without some sort of angry spasm but alas there are other bars nearby that are much better and don't shout at their customers. read more

Mediterranean flair with a hip modern vibe. This is a fun Friday night evening in old town type of vibe. Sitting on the rooftop my girls and I enjoyed the views, DJ, and nightlife scene. Our waitress Izzy was a whole vibe. Very attentive, friendly and on it. We ordered appetizers and a salad and a pizza. My friends weren't too into the appetizers, but I did enjoy my pizza. The prize point for Scottsdale is great. They have an extensive drink menu over food menu, which is kind of limited. I can say I would definitely return do a girls night or date night here, but I do feel the food could've improved and maybe more options. My recommendation since it's in the actual night scene of Scottsdale is to Uber as parking is like your typical parking for the area which can be hard to find. read more

I went to Estelle and honestly, the atmosphere is everything. The music was such a vibe, the space is super cute, and it really gave me Mexico energy. It's definitely a great pregame spot and perfect for photos. The drinks were great, but the service unfortunately didn't match the vibe. It took a long time to get both drinks and food, and it was honestly quicker to just go straight to the bar. The food was mid nothing super special, but decent enough if you just want a snack while you're there. Overall, I'd go back for the ambiance, drinks, and pics... just not for the service or food. read more

Estelle will definitely be a go-to from now on! We visit Arizona frequently and are always looking for new places. I'm sometimes cautious of highly curated, Instagrammable spots because, while they're aesthetically charming, the food and drinks don't always live up to the presentation. However, Estelle is Instagrammable and the food + drinks were a hit. We had a group of seven go for their Golden Hour, so we got to try quite a few of their signature cocktails. I had the tomato-tini and the sunseeker - both were flavorful and unique cocktails that you wouldn't find on an average menu and I would definitely order them again. Several of our group got the Hugette Spritz which was refreshing and perfect to have on a warm sunny on the rooftop. We all shared the dirty martini dip which was delicious and had the perfect amount of flavor without being too overpowering. Of course I wouldn't recommend this to any olive haters. The queso fundido was good and the crostini was perfectly toasted for both of the appetizers. We had a birthday in the group, which Estelle celebrated with a delicious birthday shot (definitely one of the best shots I've had) and a fun sparkler! Our service was great, we were well taken care of and on top of everything we got to enjoy fun time with friends on a super cute rooftop in Scottsdale. I highly recommend Estelle! read more

I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place sadly. I ordered the cheese pizza and it honestly tasted like cafeteria pizza from school. The cheese was extremely thick and it tasted expired as well so I only ended up eating only 1 slice. Food poisoning aside, this is a very gorgeous place and definitely one of the prettier restaurants ive been to. read more

food was pretty decent, i got the steak and papas, came quite oily I would say. Ordered medium rare and I received medium well... by the time our server checked on us, it was much too late so I ate it. Also ordered the gin drink with raspberry sorbet and it quite literally looked like brains, the waitress dropped it off and literally apologized for how bad it looks and said that that was unusual, but didn't offer to remake it or anything (lol). Our table order drinks and one thing that stood out to me was that we definitely would've ordered more if we had better service and more attention, but like I said, the server wasn't very attentive to our table very much at all and was pretty much anything but welcoming and happy to be there. The place is super cute so I see the vision, but when the service is off, kinda kills the vibe. read more

Came here the other night, just by chance. The food was absolutely delicious. Probably the best that I had during my visit around the greater Phoenix area. I recommend this place for others to come visit for a wonderful night! read more

We had such an incredible experience at Estelle, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Chase. She was absolutely phenomenal--friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel so welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times, had a great attitude, and made the entire brunch experience seamless and enjoyable. And the food? Every single dish was amazing. We ordered the French toast, the birria grilled cheese, the Caesar wrap, and the Kafka burger, and each one was delicious. The flavors, presentation, and quality exceeded our expectations. It's rare to have both outstanding food and exceptional service, but Estelle delivered on both. Chase truly went above and beyond and made our visit memorable. We'll definitely be back, and we'll absolutely be asking for her again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! read more

Had the best night at Estelle -- it's truly the perfect mix of great food, fun energy, and amazing service. We came for dinner and ended up staying for the whole vibe... basketball on, DJ, and the music was great. The bartender absolutely nailed it with one of the best mezcal margaritas I've had--so smooth and perfectly balanced--and took such great care of us all night. Huge shoutout to Eric as well for guiding us through the menu... every recommendation was a hit! The beef kabobs and esquites hummus were standout favorites--so flavorful and unique. Izzy was amazing! Service & cocktails 5+ stars! Highly recommend this spot! But you def should be seated where Izzy takes care of you!

Good service, the food arrived fresh and hot, but the overall taste was just average. A decent spot if you're nearby.

I'm very saddened to write this review because the food was some of the best I've ever had. We ordered multiple appetizers and entrees, and everything was fantastic. Unfortunately, the service ensures I won't return. We had a reservation for a birthday dinner, and the restaurant was nearly empty. After our food arrived, we barely saw our server. Once we finished eating, we waited over 10 minutes for her to come back to ask about dessert or drinks. I eventually had to walk to the host stand for help, only for the host to take a phone call and walk away. When I returned to the table, our server was there--but without any apology or offer for dessert or another round of drinks, which we wanted. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not the birthday dinner my best friend deserved. Owner asked to email and it was never responded to, disappointing. read more

Estelle is my new favorite spot in Scottsdale! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. It feels elevated, fun, and effortlessly chic from the moment you walk in. The vibes alone make it worth the visit, but the food and drinks take it to another level. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were insanely good. Super flavorful, fresh, and honestly one of the best I've had. The cocktails are incredible and so thoughtfully made. We are part of the 50+ crowd and really enjoyed this spot that primarily caters to a younger (and hip) crowd. Great EDM, and even though it was loud, you could still hear the people at your table. Beautiful view at sunset of Camelback Mountain. The service was excellent, and our server didn't miss a beat. And, we really enjoyed our food and cocktails. It was fresh and flavorful. We had the fundido, Caesar salad, Mediterranean platter, and the grilled cheese. Try the Fire Sign cocktail for a fun drink! We'll definitely be back. read more

Very cute place with a cool vibe, the concept is great. But the service is terrible, the waitresses barely make eye contact and instead of providing good service they prance around in their little outfits thinking it's a fashion show. We got one water refill, drinks and apps took 40 minutes. A waitress dropped bread off our plate from the martini dip, looked us straight in the eye and didn't offer to bring or more or apologize. Drinks were pretty solid but wouldn't give this place a second chance. read more

Are at the rooftop bar where the men wore jeans and tshirts and the women were in clubbing clothes. My Manhattan was solid. The French Exit was good. The Sunseeker tasted like a bell pepper. The inside was dark making it impossible to see the menu (my age is showing), the house music was loud, and multiple TVs played a short run of repeated images that were intended to enhance the vibe. The dirty martini dip was a bit bland but we are doing to try to recreate it at home with more salt and some garlic. The burrata was well presented with arugula and toast. The ahi tostadas were crisp and fresh. The best dish was the pasta with vodka sauce. The seating was weird with 3 of us placed at a table with room for 2. I think that this might have been the type of place I would have gone in my 30s, but have probably aged out now that I am in my 50s. Looking for more authenticity and intention around the dining experience and less need to be "seen". read more
